Completely disaster. Terrible hotel. Very damp and dirty smell in the room. Very dark in the room. Had a very runned down feel to it and it felt very shady considering how many people like us come to stay here to go to Disney world. I do not recommend this place at all

Excellent staff, allowed early check in and offered late check out if needed, perfect one night stay, beds were good, pool added a nice refreshing morning before getting back on the road.

It’s more like a motel than resort the lobby smells musky. The rooms are clean but only in the surface. Tub wasn’t very clean sink wasn’t really either. The bed when you just move it over so much dirt.

We prepaid for our stay at this “resort” and left after being there for only an hour or two. This is your basic motel - I don’t know why it’s listed as a resort. Bare bones basic motel - doors facing the outside, very dated bathrooms, small, dark rooms, etc. There was an odor in our room so overpowering that it affected my breathing and gave us both headaches - it smelled like a chemical air freshener trying to cover another smell - maybe mold or smoke or something else. I called the front desk and was told to open the door to air out the room. It didn’t help. When I went down to the front desk the woman said she didn’t know what the odor would be from and offered no other suggestions. We left knowing we would likely be out the cost of our two night stay. What a waste. The smell was so bad that we could smell it on our clothes and had to change them after we left to stay somewhere else. I highly recommend staying any place but here. And I definitely don’t recommend prepaying, as you will be out that money even if you have to leave due to the condition of the room.

Do not recommend. This hotel had great reviews which contradicted the room we received. The room was infested with mosquitos the hotel backs up to a pond or swamp. The bed had broken up bandaid or gauze with blood so whoever changed linens didn’t check right or clean right. We got bit in the bed multiple times and chose to depart and could not get the key in the drop that they recommended
