If you have kids, this is the place to go. It was our first time and we will be back. The staff everywhere were friendly, the grounds were tidy and they do a text message operation for anything you should need. It was so convenient. If you want to go off the property for shopping or dining, so many things are just 5-1 mins away. Disney Springs was about 15 mins at 5p. All in all- this place was great for our family getaway. My only two things I disliked were (1) check-in that says is at 4p, but I was told it could be between 4p and 6p. It wasn’t a problem for us and we actually got to check in way by before 4p. (2) The market place that is on the grounds is REALLY overpriced. The store has all the basics and more which was great. For example- a small sausage egg and cheese on a biscuit was $10. But if you plan and stick to it, the kitchenette and the grocery store could save you $.

This property was very clean and comfortable! It is located in a safe area close to everything. Our kids enjoyed the two of the pools. We didn’t even have time to check out the others or the playground. They have events going on for families, which is nice but we didn’t get to participate in any of those either. Such a great experience! We are looking forward to coming back!!

Very nice place clean & attentive . The AC unit stopped working but maintenance came and fixed it within 15 mins. , my family and I enjoyed and will definitely be back .
