Beautiful resort minus a few issues.
We cot to the resort early and were allowed to use the pool until our room was ready which was great. Check in wasn't until 4:00, however we were told we would get a call as soon as the room was ready. We waited until 4:15, we hadn't heard anything, so we went back, and the women told us our room had been ready for a while. The room is nice however my wife and I smashed our shins several times because the bed frame sticks out more than the mattress and the space is small. Then we went to make coffee, and the coffee maker did not work.

We visited during mid October. The front desk lady gave us the wrong building number and room number. We were just standing outside the room with our super tired toddler. Thankfully a security person came in and told us the front desk has new people and this happens frequently as they give out incorrect room and building numbers. She took us to the correct room and revalidated our card. I would suggest they train their new staff to not cause this type of inconvenience. Also, did I mention, the room was about 3-4 minutes drive from the main reception area. Their other property on International drive is better if you are planning to book.

This has been our go-to, off property resort for over 10 years. Always top notch service and care. The on-site bodega is a hidden gem. The food at the counter will surprise you. Mrs. Claus says the coffee is wonderful. There’s two pools with a waterfall in it. They’re heaven on tired shoulders after a day in the park. The location is less than a mile from the east gate. We’re booking for next fall as soon as the dates open. 11/11 in my book.

It was our first time staying in this resort and it was amazing!! Really nice, updated, close to all attractions. Definitely recommend staying here. Will definitely stay here again on our next Florida trip!!

Loved this place
Very comfortable stay in a well-appointed, spacious room. There’s nothing this didn’t have, other than some outdoor space, but we were very comfortable here and managed to ride-out Hurricane Milton without any issues or damage. Overall, would definitely recommend this accommodation and resort.

We left at 3 am this morning to catch a flight so didn’t have time to run to the front desk but I did call after got to the airport. There were ants on my daughters pillows in the main bedroom and ants in the sheets in the 2nd bedroom. A roach crawled across the floor in the kitchen. It is a very nice condo complex so I don’t know if it was because we were on the first floor and it was easy for bugs to get in there but the units need to be sprayed for bugs. The man I spoke to was very nice at the condo
