Key west pool review.
Eveything was mostly ok. The mobile bar bartender at the keywest pool was not very knowledgeable about cocktails even the ones on the menu. The chicken tenders came out a bit raw.

It's a decent property. My only complaint is that we arrived at 4:30pm to check in and our room wasn't ready. (Was supposed to be ready by 4). My FIL's suite was ready so we hung out in there and by 6 we went back to the front desk and let them know our room still wasn't ready. But because we booked through Expedia they can't give us a discount? Turns out our room was not ready bc the rooms floor was wet and smelled gross but they didn't let us know, so idk what they were waiting on. For us to come request a different room? That's what ended up happening and instead of being in building 9 to be close to my in laws as requested, we were put in building 2. We got a very small credit to their bar which seemed pretty low balling for all the issues we had.

My husband and I just stayed a week here mid November. It was beautiful, safe, quiet, and a perfect escape. We didn’t interact with too much staff wise and check in & out were quick- Emilio was very nice - everyone at Breeze was friendly & personable. The big pool was cold our first few days (but weather was warmer) as it cooled down during our stay the pool was heated up which was lovely! The quiet pool option was very nice for adults, though not many children were there during our stay. We will hopefully be bringing back our kids next stay very soon! Housekeeping was very nice & accommodating. The In room laundry was AMAZING! Our one bedroom villa was plenty of space for my husband & I. Want to be back here already!!!

Beautiful gated property. One bedroom villa with balcony was very clean and had most essentials. (No oven). Property had a number of pools and activities. Quiet area and not crowded. All areas clean and very well maintained. Would definitely stay again.
