Absolutely gorgeous, we had a one bedroomed apartment with balcony and it exceeded our expectations. We have already booked on the return offer for another 3 nights to use within the next 18 months as we know we will be back

Amazing
Brilliant place! Rooms big and spacious. Had everything we needed. Grounds are beautiful and pools were a good size and never felt too busy. Can’t fault anything at all

A family of four staying in a 2 bedroom apartment. Couldn’t fault our stay, room was well equipped and quiet (Bella-Building 4) room was tidied up every 2 days fresh towels, bedding, toiletries etc with a full service every 6 days. Room was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Had a safe deposit box and lovely jacuzzi bath in main bedroom. We hired a car for theme park visits, Sea World is only a 10 minute drive, Universal around 20 mins and Busch Gardens approx 1 hr 20. Lots of places to eat and shop are nearby by Resort was quiet and well maintained. Staff friendly & helpful. Pool was open until 11pm, pool towels are available from the poolside and are free was nice to take a dip at the end of a long day walking the theme parks. Check in to the resort was quick, we were given a warm and friendly welcome. We would love to come back and stay again in the future.

We did lock ourselves out of the room. But the staff was amazingly helpful the security staff that opened the door for us was friendly and understanding. We would stay again.

Our stay was wonderful. We had a 2 bedroom. It had lots of room and the washer and dryer were great to have available. We were a little disappointed in the onsite restaurant. For such a beautiful resort, we would have expected better dining. Overall, we would return and highly recommend this property

Consistently a good place to stay, good location for the parks and access to the I4 if you’re travelling around. We stayed just after a public holiday so it was a quiet time and there was quite a bit of maintenance taking place which is noisy when you’re trying to relax by the pool.
