It was a nice property, however they want $58 dollars to have valet park your car and then if you want to park yourself its $40. So $18 dollars to have your car parked. Then they want you to tip their workers? Thats on them for their fees. Crazy IMO.

My stay was during the Florida hurricane. Most everything was fine however only a couple of the restaurants were open and the ones that were open were overly packed. Had to use Uber eats. They were faster than waiting for a table.

Great hotel with pure rooms, but check your bill
We have stayed at this hotel a number of times. With a family member with severe allergies, we always use the pure rooms (it is the reason we stay her). During our recent stay, we were evacuated from our home due to the hurricane. The good things: The hotel staff (with exception to two...see below) went above and beyond making it pleasant for everyone under a difficult situation. I have never seen so many dogs (we had ours also) and people, all hanging out together making the best of the situation. The staff worked hard, the hotel was clean and we enjoyed our stay....that is after we got to our room. Having booked a pure room again, and bringing our two dogs, I called and chatted to the staff at the hotel about reserving a room and about their hurricane protocol. It all seemed good. When we arrived to check in, we had the most unpleasant staff member imaginable, who checked us in and when I confirmed our pure room, he told me he couldn't give me a pure room due to our dogs (he said no dogs on the 14th floor). He happily took my money (the pure room cost more than the regular room), and downgraded us. When I mentioned we had stayed a number of times before with our dogs in the same room, he vanished to get the front desk manager. He argued the same, then eventually checked us in to the right room (the pure room). Guess what, I counted at least 10 dogs on the 14th in our hallway! When I checked out, the same guy tried to charge me for someone else's meal. How unpleasant!

Was there during hurricane Milton. Staff did a great job dealing with the influx of people and a lot of pets. Didn't like the water in one of the spas/whirlpools wouldn't get warm/hot (this was the day before the storm arrived).

Room was clean, staff were friendly and helpful. We were excited that the hotel advertised chargers for electric cars, however, upon arrival, we found out that there were only two for the entire property. Unfortunately, one of the chargers was broken, and the other was occupied by an electric car that was not using the charger. The closest supercharger is about 15-20 minutes away, so this was definitely a huge inconvienence. Additionally, the hotel advertises that they have shuttles to all of the Disney parks, however, doesn't specify that there are times in which there is only one shuttle making many stops at different parks. One day it took us almost an hour to get to Hollywood Studios (which is a 10 minute drive maximum). We wish this would have been made more clear when we were boarding the shuttle. We will say that the shuttle drivers were incredibly friendly and helpful, we just wish we had a better understanding of how long the shuttles take (we lost out on a lot of time at the parks as a result and likely would have taken an uber/lyft instead). We also found that the cost for coffee was more expensive than inside the Disney parks!

A few different things. First, they don’t tell you there is a $125 PER DAY! security deposit on top of a $38 PER DAY SELF PARK FEE! 2nd they dont let you use the luggage carts. You have to let them take your luggage to your room for you and wait on THEM! now this hotel is $300 plus a night it’s sad that I almost paid more insecurity deposits and parking fees and it wasn’t even valet service then I did for my whole stay. with it being a Hilton and for what they charge I definitely expected a way nicer room and hotel experience. I will definitely be going next-door to the Waldorf Astoria next time.

Everything is good except the parking. I been here about 7 times in 3 years and each time i visit the card to leave the gate or enter the gate from the room key never works. You have to keep pressing the button to call. The other visitors were also having this same problem. It’s quite bad and annoying. They need to resolve it or change the gate system.
