Great for a Disney Trip
We came here with a family of 6 for a Fall Break. Everything is great if you are using it for a DISNEY TRIP just to sleep in. The Rooms and clean bur the building is showing it's age. But the LOCATION IS perfect for Disney plus they offer a bus to MAGIC KINGDOM/EPCOT. All the restaurants are close in location and Walmart is less than a 1mile. Will return ONLY for Disney.

Booked this as a single night add on to my trip as a single traveller and the room was big and well laid out. I really enjoyed not having to “people” at all, checked in online and got my code for my door so I headed right over. My only negative is that the luggage storage pre-check in is not secure- there is no lock on the room door, that said they tell you this in advance and give you information for Bounce luggage storage, hence I only took 1 star away for facilities. The closest Bounce is 3 mins away at a quality inn and costs ~$5 for the day and includes $10,000 in insurance. This was a great service and was super easy to use and adjust times for pick up/drop off right on the app. All in all great for an add on. They also say they have shuttles to Disney parks, I however chose to Uber to the parks as I was going open to close.

Incredible value and good proximity to Disney. I was a little nervous to stay here for how inexpensive it was, but the room was clean and modern and the kids loved the pool. Would definitely stay again.

Very Nice Hotel with excellent value
Hotel was very nice. Front desk personnel were very helpful and nice. Rooms were updated and very nice. Beds were very comfortable. Downside was no cable TV, only Roku.

Save your money & book elsewhere. The worst service, no flexibility or compassion/empathy whatsoever. We got Covid and requested to cancel accommodation only few hours outside the cancellation period, they refused to accommodate us and provide a partial refund or even a credit voucher . Very disappointing, we had booked several Sonder stays during our vacation and service was always like pulling teeth, this will be the last time we book with sonder.

Property was nice! The only issue we had was trying to get towels, I messaged the system They had and they provided wrong Information. You never talk to the actual property on the app they provide, which is the only way to check in to your hotel.staff wasn’t very knowledgeable on local activities, a concierge would have been nice, staff however was very nice.

Staff was friendly. Price was decent. Building is older but room/bathroom was nicely remodeled compared to other name brand hotels. Plenty of places to eat near by. I'm making this my go to spot when visiting Orlando.

O hotel passou por uma reforma recente, escrevo em 10/2024, porém há um cheiro incontrolável de esgoto nos quartos que é proveniente do banheiro. No 4º dia com este problema eu tampei todos os ralos e foi só assim que o cheiro diminuiu, mas não sumiu. Tive que comprar dois odorizadores, um para o quarto e outro para o banheiro, de modo a disfarçar o cheiro de esgoto forte, antes de eu tampar todos os ralos do banheiro. Os lençóis são limpos, porém os travesseiros tem cheiro de algum produto químico que me lembra oficina mecânica, para dormir eu tive que ficar escolhendo qual travesseiro estava com menor cheiro. O banheiro estava muito limpo, porém os o cheiro de esgoto é muito sério e desencantador para uma hospedagem.

No staff, AC was not working (end of July in Florida), received no help. No Fridge, No phone, No safe for valuable. Terrible customer service on the phone. They didn't have anybody onsite that could handle any issues.
