Front desk gave me a hard time providing extra bedsheets and pillows. I had to sleep without a pillow. I also asked for towels and were tough to get. There explanation was we had enough. The room had only 2 dinning chairs for a party of 5. The breakfast tickets were not given as promoted. Would not recommend this stay.

When we got there the beds were not made had someone bring sheets and blankets up -1 pillow had stains-a small roach came out of the drain in the sink-the towels are so rough it feels like sandpaper and last night I went to open our room door and the handle broke I went to call front desk cause we were locked in and it didn’t work lucky my husband was able to get us out. The thing that sucked the most was the front desk when I told him our room beds weren’t made and was unsure if the room had been fully service but since it was 1:30am he seem not to care and we were so tired I just made our bed

This is a great spot for families. Pool, small arcade, a nice lobby and outdoor space. We found our room to stink like a dirty mop, and that made it hard to breathe, so we had to air it out on a 90 degree day. Was also disappointed that due to massive Hurricane Helene delaying our flight out of NC to FL for a day (both affected areas) , although they did hold the reservation, they would not change our reservation to extend our stay or do anything to accommodate the delays... Collecting money during a catastrophe is not something I've ever experienced with any other Florida hotel, having grown up there. It was very exploitative, considering they have insurance to recoup their losses. I will be submitting a claim with my credit card myself, but overall poorly handled.

Great value for the money. I was surprised at how nice it was for the cost. The property was walkable to restaurants and stores. It had a full stove, a full sized refrigerator and was equipped with dishes and a dishwasher like an air b&b. We were able to prepare food in the room to save a few dollars. There was a WaWa gas station and a dollar tree next to the parking area, and this made it very convenient to grab a cheap snack and drink too. We had a comfortable king sized bed and loved that there were doors separating the living room area from the bedroom. The property was in West Orlando so it was closer to the Disney properties and International Drive.

I felt the area was unsafe… we found a roach in the room floor and there was a lot of noise. We also had trash left right outside our room for a whole day… on the pros location was great and it’s good for a low cost option but we had some issues

Pay a little extra somewhere else!
Turned down the sheets for bed and they were stained! Took 2 tries to get CLEAN sheets. During the night the AC stopped working. They did refund our parking fee for the inconvenience. We stayed there trying to save some money and boy did we get what we paid for!
