They advertised it as a three bedroom it was not. It was a two bedroom with a kitchenette and with the amount of travelers that I had I needed more beds available for the day so I spoke with management to try to get it. Accommodated management was nasty. He was not very nice and he was very rude. The rest of the staff was very kind but the gentleman I spoke to that claim to be the manager was very rude, and as a returning customer of this site more than once his customer service skills sucked. The AC was broken. They came to fix it, but the master bedroom was a nightmare. It was hot the entire weekend with no relief.

Check is in at 4. They don’t give early nothing. You can use the amenities early. But can’t get settled in a room. Nice property, Chris at the front Desk is phenomenal!! Everyone’s friendly and attentive. Kids has a blast! I enjoyed the sauna and steam room the most.

After 6 stays. Not again
Staff was great. Nothing else was. Had issues with the first room due to people downstairs fighting Move to new room Dirty-couch broken-bed frame noisy to the point had to sleep on couch. Fold out so worn couldn’t be used- stove only 1 burner worked-shower head clogged-bathroom sink faucet damaged- porch had 2 large wasp nest- kids running all over no parental guidance

This is resort is good enough for the money. At the time it was cheap. Some things may have been out of date BUT it works.
