Fully refurbished Supreme 4 Bed Villa Boasting Spectacular Sunset Views on our Extended Private S/W Facing Pool Deck, our spacious four bed home situated in the exclusive golf community of Highlands Reserve has a fully equipped kitchen and is beautifully furnished with a large living area, plus two further family rooms and dining area, we have Four bedrooms, A Master King with on suite plus Two further King bedrooms and a Twin all having new Smart TV’s. Outside the extended pool deck overlooks the 11th hole of the golf course. The community is within walking distance of local shops, bars & restaurants, Golf Course and tennis court.
Villa Details
Situated on the Highlands Reserve Golf Community on the US27in Davenport and just a few miles south of the US192 is this four bedroom villa. The villa has a private south west facing pool deck with a view of tall trees and golf course to the rear of the property. This villa is conveniently within walking distance of a supermarket, bars and restaurants. The Disney theme parks are just a 25 minute drive away. This villa is a perfect choice for those who like the flexibility to eat locally on rest days.

Living Accommodation - As you enter the villa there is a formal dining area with seating for six people. Adjacent to this is a formal lounge area with a sofa, two armchairs and patio doors which lead onto the pool deck. To the right of the formal lounge area is an open-plan kitchen with a table seating four people. Next to this is a family lounge area with flatscreen TV, sofa, loveseat and patio doors to the pool deck. Upstairs is a second small family lounge area with seating and TV.
Bedrooms - All bedrooms are situated on the ground floor. The Master bedroom is to the right of the formal lounge area and has a King-size bed, en-suite bathroom and patio doors leading onto the pool deck. Bedroom 2 is to the left of the kitchen and has a King-size bed. Bedroom 3 is next to Bedroom 2 and has Twin beds. Bedroom 4 is just inside the front door to the right hand side and also has Twin beds.
Outdoor Living - There is a spacious private south west facing pool deck which overlooks tall trees and has lovely views of the golf course. A dining table for 6 people and additional seating for 4 next to the pool is ideal for those wishing to eat alfresco or simply socialize over a glass of something chilled.

Fantastic Villa
Absolutely brilliant stay yet again. This was our 2nd stay in this wonderful villa, we absolutely loved it. The villa itself is a great size, really comfortable with plenty of amenities, however it’s the pool/ deck area that steal the show for us. South facing it gets the sun the whole day whilst the lanai offers a great chance to escape from the sun, or sit under while watching the thunderstorms! Unlike many villas that can be very overlooked, this villa feels very private yet so open with views into the golf course. We love it so much we have already booked for next year! An amazing property close to all you need.
We stayed fo a week at the end of May. Communication from the host leading up to the stay was great, we had all the info we needed to hit the ground running. We decided to pay for pool heating and this was very pleasant, so a good move. A BBQ was provided at no charge, which is a great and needed bonus since other hosts charge extra for this. The entire villa was spotless and well cared for. The kid's Harry Potter-themed room was fantastic. There is a Publix supermarket just over the road and the parks were just over 30 minutes away with good traffic. Thank you for a lovely stay, we were sad to leave! :-) The Cullen and Moscrop Family.

Relaxing time.
The home was as in the photos, modern and clean. The pool and view from the lanai were impressive. The only negative was the TV in any of the rooms. We had the WIFI password but it would not invoke the apps. We called and Danton the property manager who helped solve the issue by rebooting the router. He was very helpful and very pleasant to speak with even though it was the end of his day. Btw we found that US27 was extremely busy and extremely slow at different times during the day. Thank you for allowing us to stay in this lovely home.

A great place for our annual trip to follow our son's sports team. He has two more years and we can see making this our go-to house. Well located for us, comfy, private, quiet (even w the golf course) and clearly a well-loved community with lots of full time residents.

The house was exactly as shown in the pictures except the flooring. The pool area I would rate 5/5. Beautiful private and comfortable. The house needs a deep cleaning. The carpets were terrible! The house could use an upgrading. We spent 99% of our time outside. Golf course was awesome along with the people running it. We enjoyed our stay and would rent again if flooring was updated. House is in a great location walking distance to everything you need. Owner was quick and responsive to my emails.

Great property, well maintained and in a really good location. Close enough to get to Disney, shops etc but far enough out to be nice and quiet. The house has everything you could need on holiday. The pool area is the biggest we have stayed at and gets the sun all day. Many thanks Mark

Best Vacation Home Ever
This is a great location located right outside of Orlando, really close to Disney without staying in the Disney traffic!! Fun for the entire family. There’s a great selection of restaurants and activities nearby. The pool is spectacular and the security system gave us peace of mind for the kids. Very clean, spacious, and comfortable. We felt very “at-home.” The owner had great communication and although I had no issues during my stay, I have no doubt that their team would have worked to resolve any problem based on the communication and help I received before and during booking. Would definitely stay here again when in the area!

Great stay in a lovely villa
This is a lovely quality villa in a great location, and the photos are a true representation. We (four adults) stayed mid-November 2022 for almost 2 weeks. The villa really is a home from home and the owners have thought of everything you would need. The pool area is great, really private and quite with great views over the golf course. The villa is near the Four Corners area and very accessible for the attractions and restaurants. There is a Publix supermarket a few minutes' walk from the villa and there is a great Asian restaurant called Thailicious 27 in the same retail area. They only have 6 tables, but the food is delicious and fresh, and they do deliveries. We also ordered take away from Dirominios Italian restaurant and the pizza and pasta were great both times so highly recommend. If you like Mexican food, then Chuy's on West Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway is also great and only 10-15 mins in the car. Overall, we loved the villa and the area and would definitely return.

Overall we had an amazing time in your villa. There were a few issues to address but the management, Tom in particular sorted things out for us efficiently. There were a few issues with the villa needing a deep clean in some areas and we were a bit unhappy that 4 out of 5 of us cut our feet several times on glass outside. Despite all of that we would recommend this villa to friends and family and will most definitely be visiting again. Thank you.

Wonderful Stay!
We really enjoyed the house, it was exactly what we were looking for. The pool and view of the golf course were relaxing and the split bedroom layout worked well for a large family vacation. It was in a nice neighborhood, close to the grocery store and a short drive to a lot of restaurants and shopping. Overall we enjoyed our stay!!

Spring Break 2021
The house was exactly as expected. We enjoyed the pool so much and the huge deck with outdoor seating. Just a few things: you’ll have to buy TP, paper towels/napkins and garbage bags if staying there for a few days. Also any laundry or cleaning products. With COVID, I would have thought they would leave something for us to clean up with, but there was not. Overall, it was a great trip. House, pool, location was wonderful!

We absolutely loved staying in this villa! We were very comfortable during our stay. The beds were awsome and the furniture was great. The kitchen was very well equipped. We had everything we needed. All of the appliances were clean and worked well. The pool was amazing and well maintained. The villa is in a great location. Close to Disney and other activities to keep you as busy as you want to be. There is plenty of restaurants to choose from including the large chain restaurants and local eateries. There is also plenty food delivery options which we took advantage of on the days we didn't want to leave the pool. The owner was very engaging and available if needed. This is a great property and we hope we can return in the future. I recommend staying here.

The home itself was nice, easy communication with owner who was readily available to answer questions, even though he is in the UK. Booking and access to property was easy. I did contact the owner regarding foreign transaction fees placed on my credit card. The listing itself is in UK currency, so when you make payment, depending on what credit card you use and their terms, there is a potential for foreign transaction fees. The owner was nice enough to give me a partial refund toward those fees. The pool was great, we paid for heat, it was clean and very enjoyable. There are several seats and/or lounge chairs in pool area to accommodate a larger group. The cushions on the chairs around the outside table under lanai were pretty dirty and well worn, could use replaced. The sitting chairs in the front of house appear to be sitting right under roofline so cushions out front are wet and moldy looking. We didn't sit in that area at all. The neighborhood itself is fairly quiet, except for the occasional child enjoying a nearby pool or a couple loud partiers down the way once or twice. Its a "vacation home" area. We were a little disappointed with the cleanliness of the property. The carpets are extremely stained and dirty. I found a used mask partially laying under one of the sitting chairs in living room, long strands of dark hair found all over the house, hanging off closet poles, cupboards, appliances, toilet, showers. It looked like someone had also cut hair outside at patio table, big chunks of dark hair laying around on ground. The light switches were sticky and dirty, the patio door glass was covered in handprints and smears. I honestly don't think the property was cleaned at all except for the changing of the sheets. Traffic was pretty horrendous in the area so would take long periods of time to get just a short distance. It was Spring Break during my stay though so likely to be expected. The furniture and beds in the house were all comfortable. The master bedroom has a super soft mattress, very comfortable. The other two queen beds one was semi-firm and the other was firm for those looking for specific bed types. Didn't check out the twin beds at all. There is a pool table and foosball in the garage, though we did not use. All in all, it was a pretty good vacation, even though the weather didn't cooperate at least half the time. Internet, cable, and other streaming apps available for use and were easy to access.

This was my first time out the house since the pandemic and I was nervous to travel but managers and owners assured me it was clean and safe and they TOLD NO LIES! Mark (owner) was always nice to me and always communicated with me throughout my stay. I had the best Thanksgiving. I had so much fun! Thank you for everything Mark! I will definitely be back!
