The resort is wonderful with 3 swimming pools, a water park, fishing lake, shop and a number of bars / restaurants. The accommodation varies depending on which section you are in. We booked a two bedroom condo which was very spacious however it was not as nice as the pictures on the website. The kitchen wasn't very well stocked and the dishwasher leaked. The engineers tried to fix the dishwasher but it continued to leak so we were moved to another condo but in a different section which was newer, cleaner and much nicer.

This property is beautiful, with very nice staff. Our room was upgraded. The property is close to everything as well! We will definitely stay again.

I didn’t like that I had called to change my reservation time due to my flight and front desk/reservations said it shouldn’t be a problem and that I could check in at 1am. I called before I left the airport to let front desk know I was on my way got to the property about 1:15 am and was told I couldn’t check in till 5 am so me and my children sat in the car for 4 hours till I could check in at 5am . The front desk told me they system was down and had to do a paper check in which I didn’t understand why that couldn’t be done at 1am and then we had to call security every time we left the room to get into our room after leaving bc they couldn’t give us keys due to system being down, very inconvenienced by that situation, waiting at least 15 min or longer Once they got it together it was a nice stay

Upon arrival , the systems were down, we couldn’t get room keys and we had to wait for security to come open our room, the resort is large so it took upwards for 20 mins waiting outside our room to be let in. Getting into the room the room was not that clean the floor was sticky and the table was not wiped down, there was also a dog in the next room barking for hrs although they have a no pet policy, we had to call several times to try and get the dog barking issue resolved. The fan in the room was shaking almost loose from the ceiling, the water in the sink was so low it was practically dripping and barely running. It just was not a pleasant experience this time around.

Very spacious unit, my family stayed in the two bedroom two bathroom full kitchen unit. Bedrooms and bathrooms were enormous. There is an amazing amount of closet space. Kitchen had all full-size appliances. Very pleased overall!
