I have stayed here before years ago but the quality of the hotel has changed a lot, especially the kitchen utensils. I also had to change the sheets in one of the rooms because they were stained with blood. One of the bathrooms wouldn't flush and I had to wait until the next morning for it to be fixed, so I don't plan on coming back, much less recommending it.

Overall, we liked the property very much. Kids enjoyed the waterpark, condo was spacious and clean. Couple of weird things - like two bath towels for 4 adults and a child, Keurig but no coffee at all, only two room keys allowed.

This property is just “ok”…decent condo style suites..may not feel the cleanest..but very spacious..pool area is mediocre at its best..no staff cleaning up trash people have left behind, all hand sanitizing machines have been out and not refilled…4 days now..VIP only seats around the pool? Silly..resort not even close to being that busy or worth the extra $..would I return? This doesn’t stand out from any of the 100 other resorts in the area..also..lazy river was gross..dirty..landscape was awful..3 stars of that

When first arriving at The Grove we were greeted by Darryl who was very friendly and professional. We absolutely loved running into him as we exited and reentered after enjoying Orlando! Our beds were very comfortable, our condo was very nice and my grandson enjoyed looking out on the balcony!! We came on a 4th Generation trip and I was very glad that chose THE GROVE❤️

Valencia Restaurant was delicious, the water park was awesome, and the rooms were absolutely beautiful/spacious!!! Will definitely be back next year 😘🙌

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. - I had just left North Beach Resort in Myrtle Beach/SC before getting here and what a shock of reality this was. this place is TERRIBLE. This place is NOT a resort, although it's priced as such. - We arrived around 10pm and there was no extra bedding for the pullout couch. We called the lobby, and they placed an order to deliver it to us. 4 days later and we still haven't received it. - The mattress for the pullout couch was filthy. - Master bedroom door frame was broken as if the door was jammed, and someone forced their way out so door could no longer be closed. - Entry way had a 3in hole in the wall. - You are expected to wash your own LIMITED number of towels. - Limited number of toilet paper rolls. - Everything cost extra. - Mini Golf is expensive for 7 holes within a 10sqft area. - - Check-in is VERY slow. - Nobody answers the phone (try calling them before booking) - Kids pool was not heated, but the lazy river was (partially and depending on the day). Temperature varied wildly every day. - The view from my room was nice (facing a pond) - Plenty of parking - Food is terrible and limited. - Photos are VERY misleading. This place is MUCH worse than a 2.5 hotel. MUCH WORSE. You are better off getting a cheaper hotel and going to a water park. DON'T GIVE YOUR MONEY TO BUSINESS THAT HAVE NOT RESPECT FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS.

Large property. Coldest pool in Florida. No self check in. Never received an email for that. . Long wait for check in.Self check out not working properly on the TV. Rooms are spacious. Needs updated on the showers. They leak and drip all night.
