The staff is great. Polite and very helpful. The outiside is beautiful. The water park closing at 5 pm was a disappointment. There was also no kitchen towels. We didn't have hand soap in bathrooms. The bed in master bedroom did not have mattress protector. We liked the location, the feel of the condo,and we loved the layout. It would have been nice to have Smart TVs.

The landscaping was tropical and the pools were very nice lazy river was relaxing nice place but they definitely need some repairs to door way entry to hallways and outside wall needs cleaning but over all nice rooms

This is a big family resort and our room was right outside the game room. There was a lot of litter in the hallway because of that. The room themselves are beautiful and clean, but somebody must’ve tried to kick our door in once because the lock was very loose. Took forever to get checked in, there was such a back up in the lobby.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The concierge employee provided excellent service! We did like our room and balcony/outdoors pace. We enjoyed very much the water park’s pool, the market store, the arcade room! We will definitely be visiting again!

We were in a wing of the hotel that was very dilapidated. Door frames were missing (like they had been forcibly ripped off), hallway carpets were very stained, the paint and plaster on the hallway walls were chipped/scratched, etc.

What a roller coaster experience! My family and I booked months ago for my birthday weekend to be spent here, first of all if you are trying to call them to ask about anything be prepared for a long wait !. When we got there the girl who cheated us in (I didn’t get her name her hair was blocking her badge she wasn’t too friendly , we were assigned room 3105 the hallway s smelled like mold our door wouldn’t open had to walk back to ck-in got the same girl told her and she gave me new keys went back same problem! Walked all the way back to tell front desk and mind you the this place is very confusing to navigate and a long walk and I told her that I am on disability and can’t walk far as I have neuropathy in my legs. I said look something is obviously not working she gave me another set of keys and I said if this happens again THEN WHAT? She said I would have to find security to help me , that wasn’t the answer I was looking for when I asked if someone can meet me there to what’s the problem she said I would still have to ask security!!!! I had to stand outside to look for the security guy , I told him my situation he (Courtney) went with me to the room and got the door to open not with his key but with his watch . It opened he tried to rest the lock , NOTHING he called another guy he did the same thing . The door was wet the paint by the door was peeling apart . Anyway they finally said the lock needed to be replaced , Courtney walked me back to the front desk to tell them to

This was my second time staying at this hotel. I was excited as it was for my 30th birthday and it was a reasonable hotel when I stayed two years ago. Hotels.com shared that altogether, with the $100 deposit and taxes, my total would come to $471. When I got to the hotel to check in, they told me that was wrong and I was charged a total of $472 before including the $100 deposit. I shared what my email stated and they said Hotels.com had the wrong price. Whatever, money mistake, not happy about it because that’s a whole $100 off, but fine. We get to the room and in one of the bathrooms, there was a very large hairball in the shower that surely didn’t belong to the person I was with because, well we just got there. In that same bathroom, none of the toiletries were filled. In the other room one of the lights didn’t work. In the other bathroom, the shower head wasn’t fully working and there was a weird hole in the wall in the shower that made me very uncomfortable, which I ended up covering with a towel for the duration of my stay. Overall, the hotel did the job: provided me and my brother a place to sleep during our vacation. Based on the last minute price change, the lack of preparedness for our arrival in the room, and just overall being unsatisfied, I don’t think I’ll be choosing to stay here my next visit to Orlando.

Good property that is clean. Large rooms with full kitchens and laundry. Beautiful grounds. Did not use the water park so can’t comment on that. Restaurant food is decent but pricey.
