The experience was great. Staff was very nice and accommodating. For our anniversary and celebration of our first baby, they left a thoughtful gift and upgraded the view of our room. The dining options were good and access to both pools was nice. Some constructive feedback: the bed was very hard and hurt our backs and made sleeping difficult. And the towels and robes were a bit scratchy. Outside of these things, everything was great and we had a nice time.
