I needed last minute accommodation and reserved a room at The View. The staff is so so polite, nice, and helpful! The property itself is a little dated, but totally on par with the pricing. Definitely recommend for a quick visit.

Everything went well at check in. Hotel is kept nicely and very clean. Only thing I would recommend is maybe putting in USB outlets for phones, like on the night laps. We didn’t bring ours thinking they would be available and they weren’t. Just a thought.

The suite was very spacious and mostly clean. There was a used cigarette in our bathroom when we checked in. The room was not modern, but had two large TVs. There was only one very small garbage can in the entire suite. We found no vending or ice machines. The front desk staff was very friendly.

Overall, this was a good stay. When I arrived, the elevator was out of order, but they took guests to their floors in the service elevator, and it was fixed by morning. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and the breakfast was an actual sit-down, made-to-order meal, which was great. The only negative was the overly strong disinfectant smell in the room. If you react to smells/perfumes, this is NOT the place for you. My CPAP machine still smells like it several days after my stay.

Average good, affordable priced hotel, with very noisy road traffic around, as the windows are old, and single pane glass, the shutter, instead of thick curtains, do not help. Breakfast choice did not include for vegetarian or vegan patrons. Even extra bread toast was a hard request. Internet good, as well as free onsite parking...Bed sheets a bit slippery...
