Where to start, well we get to the pacific resort and check in everything seems ok till we get to our room. We walk into the room at first glance it’s very small but ok let’s see what else the furniture is that of a cheap discounted furniture store, the drawer on one of the dressers was broken when we got there and after a long traveling day we decided to go to bed early only to wake up to maintenance knocking on my door at 8pm. The dresser should have been fixed before we got in the room.The bed mattresses were the worst we have ever slept on. You can feel and hear the springs in the mattresses. The room had a $50 a night feel, not the thousands of dollars we paid. So very disappointed. People don’t seem to understand that customers have to save to take these vacations and after a long day a good nights sleep is very important. We couldn’t wait to come home.

Always a wonderful place to stay. The value of the Express passes that come with the room more than pay for it. The only disappointment was that I requested a room with a bathtub, but was given one with just a shower.

So many reasons to stay at Royal Pacific
Close to both Islands of adventure and universal studios. A 10 minute walk or 5 minute water taxi ride to the front gates. Complimentary Fast passes to both parks for the duration of your stay are great perks and reasons to stay here and that is before the great customer service offered by the whole team at Royal Pacific, the great pool area and comfortable and quiet room.

Lovely hotel.
Lovely hotel, the room was spacious and the view was exceptional. The staff were attentive and we couldn't fault the service, particularly poolside. Film night at the pool was great for the kids. The only criticism I have is that the wait for the water taxi is longer than you'd want in the heat and I think they need to be more frequent. The express passes are fantastic and can be used on the day you check in and out so definitely worth a one night stay!

Everything was fine, so we requested room service, and the only thing that was done was to change the towels, but the sheets were not changed, and no trash bags were placed in our room's trash cans. We were expecting more than that, actually, we were expecting the bare minimum (changing the sheets) since this is a luxury hotel!
