The Space:
This vacation home isn't just a place to stay; it's your own personal wonderland. The enormous patio sundeck features a swimming pool with a spillover jacuzzi hot tub, plus poolside lounging chairs so soak up that Florida sunshine. Dive in, splash around, and when you're ready, fire up the BBQ for a poolside feast that can't be beaten. With room for 12 of your buddies to dine al fresco, you can channel your inner chef and show off your grilling skills. Or maybe enjoy a poolside cocktail served up at your personal Tiki bar. The fun doesn't stop there, this patio is loaded with games like billiards, cornhole, jenga and more. Plus there's wall mounted TVs so you can keep the kids sitting at the table during an outdoor meal.

The Frozen themed room even has a slide to get from the top bunk to the bottom. There are 5 King sized bedrooms on the ground level of the home, and the upstairs has 5 more King sized bedrooms; two bedrooms with one bunkbed each; two bedrooms with two bunkbeds each; and a room with 2 full sized beds.

Parking
Up to 5 vehicles can park in the driveway. If required, there is also an additional parking at the clubhouse. Clubhouse overnight parking is not allowed.

Guests will enter the community through the security gate where they will be greeted by a guard.

You will also have full access to Sonoma Resort amenities.

The Neighborhood:
The property is minutes away from Disney World's Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom, SeaWorld, and Universal Studios.

Guests have access to the Sonoma Resort, which features a luxury clubhouse with a lounge, a large resort style swimming pool, hot tub and fitness facility.

Getting Around:
Please feel free to park in the driveway. It’s important to keep the parked cars out of the streets or the grass. There is overflow parking available at the clubhouse.

Pet Friendly
• Pets less than 70lbs. are very welcome at our home (maximum of 2 pets). The pet fee is $129/animal (one-time fee).

• Pool and hot tub heating is an additional service that is not included in your booking price. It's an additional fee of $35/day per service and $60/day for both, which we provide upon request. Please note that heating service is available with a minimum stay of 2 nights. Feel free to reach out for more details.

• We're happy to deliver:
--> a full BBQ propane tank upon request for $70per tank.
--> a "Pack 'N Play Crib" for $40 (one-time fee)
--> a Highchair for $40 (one-time fee)
