This property is located a short drive from Disney, Universal and all major attractions. If you like nature and peaceful places: you got it again. This house is located in the gated community of Town Center Reserve and faces a lake and a conservation area. If you like golf: this is the place for you to be as the most prestigious golf courses in the world are 5 to 10 min drive only: Champions Gate (7 min), Reunion (5 min), Providence (5 min)... But if you just want to relax with your family and friends, this is for sure your dream home. It can sleep up to 10 guests (5 bedrooms: 2 ensuites with King beds, 1 room with a queen, two rooms with twin beds and a third bathroom. Kids will love the south-facing pool and the game room! Spoil them, give yourself a memory of a lifetime, you will love this beautiful well-maintained villa (new pictures coming soon: The owner recently replaced the sofa couch, changed some of the deco accessories and bed comforters, sheets...). **NOT included in our rental prices : Pool heating** Only the guests who have been registered are allowed to stay in the property.*** Pool heaters are set to 86 prior to your arrival. The reached temperature will depend on the weather. Pool heaters run 12 hours during the day. No refund or compensation will be given if the pool heater does not work unless the guests paid for the heating of the pool and it is proven that there was a technical issue that created an inconvenience. The refund or compensation will never exceed the amount paid by the guest for the heating of the pool.

We took a trip to Orlando to hit a lot of parks, universal, seaworld, disney, and lego land. We chose this house because it was pretty centrally located for all the parks we wanted to hit. The driveway was large enough to accommodate our 15 passenger van and a small suv. The breakfast nook, bar seating, and dining room table allowed for plenty of room for everyone to eat together. We had the pool heated so even though the evenings were cold the kids still enjoyed swimming, the beds are not the best, but if you have mostly kids staying it’s not too bad. We did arrive to already broken pool sticks, a broken taped shelf in the fridge, and a broken kitchen chair, we notified the property manager so hopefully these won’t be issues for anyone staying in the future. Overall we enjoyed our stay at this location for a nice week long family vacation.

House was clean and beds were comfortable. We did not have enough toilet paper for a 3 night stay and basic items like dish soap, hand soap, and toilet paper refills. No instructions for how to operate tv in master.
