Lakehouse Landing is a clean, comfortable, peaceful and spacious villa where it is easy to relax and unwind with family and friends. It is situated on a very quiet cul-de-sac, and looks out over a conservation area and lake. The villa is professionally cleaned and sanitized prior to each stay.

Wake up to a cup of tea or coffee and enjoy your morning outside by the pool while looking out at the water. Enjoy fantastic days in the pool, wonderful sunsets over the lake and evening swims.

Amazing Stay!
Beautiful place to stay. Very spacious. Very clean. The shower in the master bathroom was probably the best shower I’ve ever had….water pressure was fantastic!! Can’t say enough good things about this house. Will definitely stay here again when we come back.

We booked this Villa for the pool area & views over the lake & it was perfect, we hardly spent any time indoors, coming from Scotland it was fantastic to be able to be outdoors so much & enjoy the Florida weather. The villa was lovely & spacious, plenty room for the teenage daughter to have her own space, great having a bathroom each. The blinds in the master suite could do with being updated, & a light on the pool deck where the table & chairs are would be good, overall the Villa was perfect for our family & we wouldn’t hesitate to come back again. Great communication with Laurie & all queries were dealt with very promptly. Thank you

Everything was clean and well taken care of. We loved having the lake out back to see the local wildlife. Kids loved the pool. The master bath is huge. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would consider renting again when we return to Florida.

Summer Universal Trip
The home was spacious, and the amenities were just what we were looking for. However, the homes ac system was awful and stayed around 80° to 82° our entire 4+ day stay. We were basically told that it's hot outside, so the home would be hot. It was terribly uncomfortable after being in the heat all day at theme parks to come back to a hot house. I also found a pair of dirty men's underwear under a chair in my room. The walls were filthy. Every member that stayed in the home with us has found bed bugs either in their vehicles or luggage or both. We all came from different households, and the rental was the only common denominator.

Perfect getaway!
This was the perfect getaway for our family. The house was exactly as listed and provided an amazing place for our family to explore Florida! We had just the right amount of space to enjoy time together and also get some space when needed. We loved the privacy of the pool and the quiet, peaceful environment. The house was located within 20 minutes of the Disney parks and about 40 minutes from Universal which made it a great central location that enabled our family to explore the area. We would definitely stay again!!

We enjoyed our stay in clermont. The house was inviting from the moment we walked in. The heated pool and hot tub was a hit for everyone. We spent lots of time outside just enjoying the quiet and watching the birds and sounds. There is a Publix right down the street if you need to pick up groceries. If I find myself in this area again I certainly will try and book this house.

Gorgeous house
This house is better than the pictures or descriptions. It was gorgeous. Well maintained. Met all of our needs. I rented this for 8 of us to visit Disney. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. Supplies were there. Pool was great. Great view. This would be a great winter haven for those escaping the cold.

This property is amazing! We were not disappointed! The pool and hot tub were incredible. We were there for three weeks and thoroughly enjoyed it. This property conveniently located and easy access to everything. The property management guys (Steve) was unbelievable. Lots of space, every amenity imaginable, very spacious, private and this pool area warrants mention again!! This was on our bucket list and it checked all the boxes. The owners were fantastic to deal with! I would very highly recommend this property to anyone! we absolutely LOVED it. Thank you so much!!!

50th Birthday Celebration
The house is awesome. They rooms are very comfortable and spaced out. The nature was a huge plus. Lots of egals and birds to watch over the pond in the back yard. If i could add 1 thing it would be directions on how to use the thermostat in the house. It was in the 50st most of the time so it was very cold at night. I would definitely stay again.

House is perfect for family vacation. Nice area. Quite neighborhood. Pool is spectacular and so is hot tub. Only bad thing I could say is. Master bedroom shower needs a good cleaning. But I am very picky about bathrooms. Would stay here again.
