This luxurious brand new vacation home is located in the Windsor at Westside, a prestigious resort community - with short drive to DISNEY WORLD (10 minutes away), golf, and relaxing and celebrating with family and friends. The 4400 sq. ft. living space is professionally furnished with upscale furniture,large screen LED TV in family room and LED TV in all bedrooms. Cable TV and high-speed WiFi internet are all complimentary.

There are three master suites, one King and one double Queen on the 1st floor and one king on the 2nd floor. There are total 3 king beds (1 on the first floor and 2 on the 2nd floor). 4 queen beds (2 on first floor one bedroom and 2 on 2nd floor 2 bedrooms), 1 bunk beds with full/full and 4 twins (on the 2nd floor in 2 bedrooms). Twin beds can be easily combined into a king size bed if desired. Total 22 people can all sleep in beds!

The Kitchen is equipped with granite count tops and stainless steel appliances. There are pull up bar seating in the kitchen beside 2x 8 seating dining tables and 2x6 seating patio tables.

A gas BBQ grill (optional) makes poolside living even easier. A ceiling fan circulates air, keeping the cool, and recessed lighting allows dining to go late into the night with several lounge chairs surrounding the sparkling heated (optional) pool and hot SPA.

The pool faces east-south, which ensures plenty of sun exposure in the morning and avoid hot sun in the afternoon with the full width lanai providing a shady retreat from the sun when required. A full width child safety fence is installed in front of the pool and the whole outside area is under an accessible full width pool screen enclosure.

Washer/dryer, and dishwasher are available. Also provided are 2 strollers, 2 high chairs & 2 Pack ’n’ Play cribs for the very young ones. Air conditioned game room has pool table and Foosball table for relaxing time after a full day theme park visit or shopping trip.

The home offers courtesy high speed Wi-Fi and unlimited long distance calls within US and Canada.

You're close to all the attractions, Disney is 15 mins, shops are 5 mins. Universal is 30 mins, Busch Gardens is 1 hour, LegoLand is 45 mins, Interstate 4 (55) is 5 mins away from this villa.

An extraordinary 8,000 sq ft clubhouse is the centerpiece in this resort, it includes a huge resort-style pool completed with a water slide – perfect for families to enjoy for hours. When it’s time for a drink or a bite to eat, the onsite Tu Casa Bar & Lounge will serve both your favorite libation along with a tempting menu for poolside dining. With all the latest in cardio and strength building equipment, the fitness center will keep you tone while on vacation. For some friendly competition, there are sand volleyball courts and a multi-purpose sports courts. The entire pool deck is equipped with wireless internet. In addition, a sundry shop is located in the clubhouse along with a video arcade if you need to pick up something quickly. The clubhouse also provides Park tickets (Kissimmee) service as well as taxi and Uber car rental service for all guests.

Check In and Out was very easy. The size was sufficient for 5 children and 12 adults. Heated Pool. Grill. Back yard backs up to street that can be quite loud. Some furniture needs to be replaced. Cable TV needs to be updated. Bedding was quite old.

Family Vacation
This was a great place to stay with my family. We had 22 people and this place was perfect for a family of all ages. Very spacious with plenty of rooms and beds. We all enjoyed the private pool. They even had a stroller and playpen for my baby. The only problem we had while there was with the kitchen sink. It was hard to turn the sink on and off because something was wrong with the handle.

Awesome House
Definitely recommend this home to any family that’s looking for a host that communicates well and in a timely manner, cleanliness of the home . I will definitely stay again at that home !!!!!!! Summer fun with a relaxing piece of mind
I booked this property for a Disney Trip with 12 other friends due to the price and looks of the listing. The pictures don't do it justice when you arrive. The home is taken care of very well, is very accommodating, and is in a great location for any fun you may be wanting to have for a trip to Florida. If given the chance again, I'll be happy to book this place again. The owner, Tracy, is very nice and is prompt on getting back with an inquiry you may have.

50th birthday family celebration
This house was wonderful!! Very spacious so all 18 of us could spread out and enjoy some private time but also gather together for meals in the dining area and fun around the pool. The kids loved the pool! It’s also not too far away from Disney. We spent three days at the parks and enjoyed coming home to relax in the pool after those hot days. We had one issue with the downstairs A/C breaking down. Unfortunately we did not realize this until very late in the evening but we called Ricky and he came right over at 10:30pm to check it out. The blower motor had to be replaced and since it was so late, he couldn’t get the part until the next morning but he had it fixed by 8:30am the next day. Great guy! The owner, Tracy, was also great with communication and answering all of our questions. Kitchen is well stocked with appliances and cookware for meals. Plenty of towels for the pool area. My only suggestion would be to replace the mattress in the downstairs master king suite sometime soon since it is somewhat uncomfortable. We would definitely stay here again and recommend others to do so as well.

Great location, huge house, everything you need. A little wild you have to pay for the grill, and pay for the hot tub to get hot. I understand paying to heat the pool, but the hot tub should be included. The maintenance guy took a while to come after being called initially twice. All in all, good stay. Would go back!

Our Family Vacation
I wanted my whole family to be together in Florida so my grandchildren could go to Disney and other places in Orlando. I booked this house which is located close to everything and they did so much while we stayed there. It was absolutely perfect and I am so thrilled we did it. The house is beautiful and Ricky (the property manager) was there when I needed him. Couldn't ask for anything better. Thanks again for all the great memories we made.

We truly enjoyed our stay! The location is truly in close proximity to the parks yet far enough away to have peace and quiet when you need it. The house is very well laid out and felt like home. Multi generational family time
Three generations of our family enjoyed this home. The two first floor bedrooms with walk-in showers were perfect for the grandparents. The upstairs was perfect for the rest of us. The foosball, gaming and pool tables were sources of many competitive games! The hot tub dial didn’t work when we arrived but as soon as Ricky was able to get a replacement we were able to enjoy evening soaks after long days at the parks. Our party of 12 never felt cramped.

Beautiful Villa, great location with lots of room and a great clubhouse close by. Furnishings, especially mattresses are worn but didn’t keep us from having a great time! Ricky, the property manager was very responsive when called. It was a great time and location for our family to be together.

A wonderful house with plenty of space. Clean. Well stocked kitchen. Some of the beds are hard and some aren’t. Plenty of extra blankets. Very large dining table which is a big deal for my large, game playing family.

Upon arrival to this property we had 4 towels and washcloths for 19 people. We had two 4 inch frying pans to prepare food in the morning for 19 people. One kitchen towel and washcloth. We asked for bbq rental and couldn’t bbq for several days waiting on propane. Some Bed sheets had stains. Pool was dirty and needed to be cleaned. Mould and mildew stains around the showers found dirty napkins in one of the upstairs bedrooms. Definitely a “Vacation Home” Not enough supplies to provide for the amount of people listed. This home needs a lot of TLC.

I can't thank Tracy enough for the beautiful and spacious home. The stay was great and her customer service was excellent. Tracy is very responsive and answered all questions within a short turn around time. There were a few minor issues (i.e. broken tissue rack, missing batteries to a remote), all things caused from the previous renter, but Tracy was on top of getting this repaired. The home accommodated my family which included 4 generations. Enough space, comfortable rooms, great beds, and large dining area. Everyone in my family had a wonderful time at the house and enjoyed the amenities at the Club House. Morning walks around the lake during our stay was great. Nothing but great things to say about the home, and my family will definitely come back and stay again. Hope to see you next year Tracy :-)

Good for a short stay.
The rooms were clean and accommodating. Plenty of space to sleep and eat. We lost one day of the grill and wifi. For some reason it was locked and we had to call someone to come and unlock the grill which couldn’t happen until the next day. He also updated us with the wifi password that was not the information we were provided. The house was clean, but the bathrooms could use a deep clean. Cooking was a bit of an issue. The pots and pans lacked the Teflon so everything stuck, unless you used a ton of oil. Definitely need new knives! My hands cramped trying to cut veggies and fruit! But if your not cooking then your all set. The house was spacious. The pool was great!
