There was no direct phone no for the property And there was no phone no for reception. We tried dialing 0 but no help. The shuttle service to the parks is very bad and irresponsible. The driver didn’t show on Tuesday at Epcot park me and my son were lost and terrified and we were not getting any ride . Finally we got a very expensive Uber ride back. These things need to be addressed as we are traveling with kids from different parts of the world.

This property did not disappoint. The gentleman who checked me in was courteous, patient, and kind. I was able to change my room from a single King to a double bed room at the last moment without a problem. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. The only (minor) issue we experienced was with the AC. It felt like we had to have the fan set to “constant” and really low temp to keep the humidity out. All else was nice. The pool, gym, and kid zone are great amenities. Love that there’s a Starbucks on location too!

I would not recommend staying here unless you want to feel like you’re in your neighbors room with them. This is the noisiest hotel I have ever stayed. The walls are paper thin and the doors slam shut so loud you can hear it on each floor. The cleanliness of this place was also very disappointing compared to the images. The trash was not even emptied from the last guest before I checked into my room as well as washcloths laid out on the sink. Extremely disappointing and left my stay early.

Our beds weren't made everyday and towels weren't changed everyday. Shuttle was late to pick us up at a park, and then picked up folks from 3 different parks and packed us in like sardines. People were literally squished up against each other on the drive back to various hotels in the same area. I don't know how the driver was able to see because I know the conditions were not safe. Other than that, I liked that there was a convenience store and a Starbucks in the lobby. I probably will stay here again.

The one and only problem I had with this location is that you can hear EVERYTHING going on in other rooms and the hallways, people running around at 2am being loud. Shouldn’t be able to hear them.
