Overall great hotel. Easy property to walk around, easy check-in. Our rooms were nice and clean. The hallways were nice and quiet (shocker because there were so many kids lol). I only came across two minor issues… 1. The hotel elevator malfunctioned a few times, and the guests weren’t really fazed by it. It’s like they knew it was a common occurrence. It also took a while to go up and down. This doesn’t seem like a big deal until you have an emergency and you have to leave quickly… 2. Our A/C had a very faint humming sound. It’s not really bothersome at first, but when you’re at your room for a while, and that’s all you hear, it can drive you crazy. It sounded like there was a bee in our room at times. I didn’t go downstairs to complain because we only stood for a night, but it got annoying quickly! Overall, it was a great experience. I would definitely come back. The staff was fantastic. Everyone was friendly. It was just those two things.

Info on site stated daily housekeeping but our room wasn’t serviced every day. Safe in room didn’t work. The lights/lamps didn’t always work. No pen/pad in room. Surprised since facility listed as a conference center. The positive things were the speedy check-in kiosk & free parking.

The lack of air conditioning in several areas, conference rooms, bar area, hallways was a bit much for me. Second pool was closed also. Not my favorite stay at a Wyndham property.

Love how it’s centrally located only downfall is if you’re not on the first floor you have to go all the way downstairs to heat up food. There’s no microwave on each floor.

The staff member who checked us in was very unfriendly, with no hello, welcome, no smile, just seemed rude and like he hated his job. Online it said there were tennis courts, and my daughter was very happy. After we checked in, we noticed there were no tennis courts, just a paved parking lot where the tennis courts used to be. I don't know why there is a resort fee when it feels Like staying a motel 6

Chose the property for the 2 pools and kids play area. Kids play area was cool but there is no air conditioning in that room so it was over 100 degrees, meaning kids cant play long. Only 1 pool. Ice on our floor was broken. Asked at the front desk and was told that ice was availabilie on each floor and when i daid it was clearly broken for a long time it was dismissed. Had to ask for a parking pass for my car. No stairs to floors, only elevators that were very slow and you had to wait a very long time. Room was pretty nice inside but the door had a huge gap that light came through and the shower did not drain. Park shuttle only went to the park 1 time per day and only 3 trips home... so i couldnt use it to come back mid day and swim like i normallydo. Resort fee was very high for the property, definitely not worth it. Location was good.

Hard to get in contact with guest services. Phones in the room did not work. Waited forever to receive extra towels and wash clothes. There is a disconnect between call center and the staff on property.
