Relaxing, Peaceful, Just What Our Family Needed
This host demonstrated a strong commitment to providing guests with a quality, relaxing, comfortable experience. He pays attention to little details and strives to create an enjoyable experience. The beds are all comfortable and good quality, the kitchen had appliances like a kitchen aid and blender which made our cooking plans easier. It is spacious and clean and the check in instructions were clear and helpful. The beautiful deck was peaceful and just what we needed. He even provides streaming services and a tv in every room as well as a few board games. There is a tenant downstairs and they clearly make every effort to be quiet and not impeded in any way on the guest experience at the Livingston Lodge. Jacob was also very responsive to any questions I texted him. Our family will stay here again, and hope to bring friends with us for a family fun retreat next time.

Charming house but know you’re not alone.
This is a very fresh smelling, clean home with new carpet and furnishings. Comfortable amenities in a very quiet area. Upon reading reviews more in depth, I understood what one person meant by “neighbors”. It appears someone (presumably the on-site manager) lives in the basement? Normally that would be fine however there are stairs inside the house that lead to that basement. No secure lock on (our) side. It’s fine, there was no disturbance and I’m sure it’s fine but there needs to be full disclosure how close this person is. Furthermore, not having a secure lock on the inside can leave people uneasy. This is a cute house! Very clean with tons of room. The deck is INCREDIBLE!

Beautiful and immaculate
Stayed at VRBO with family while meeting other family. This house is very conducive to visiting as there are so many areas to sit around and visit. We used the kitchen and it had lots of pots and pans, casserole dishes, and my cousin (near gourmet chef) cooked most of our meals and found the kitchen very accommodating. Beautiful scenery from all views of wrap-around deck. The on-site caretakers were friendly and helpful when needed. My 91-year-old dad would have liked a pair of binoculars to look at orchards, mountainside rock formations, and wildlife. If I make another trip to Washington I will definitely try to rent this particular VRBO again.

Great place to hang out as a group
A group of 8 cyclists stayed here for two nights on a self-supported tour, and it was absolutely lovely. Even in 100-degree-plus heat, the house was delightfully cool, relaxing and easy to share meals and activities with. Spacious kitchen, lots of seating room to watch movies at night - even a main bathroom setup that made it easier for more people to share. We would definitely stay here again.
