Cozy sunrise suite at waters edge

Come and enjoy this beautiful waterfront suite at the 38 MM on the west side of Lake of The Ozark’s. ( It is on the same property as our other VRBO Whiskey Barrel Bunkhouse) This is a one bedroom, one bath that sleeps six with a queen size bed and a hide a bed in the bedroom and a futon in the sunroom. We have great swimming in a no wake cove with lots of outdoor seating on and around a private martini deck. Enjoy the awesome sunsets from the mom-and-pop rockers on the side patio. Relax on the dock sitting area while taking in the cool breeze off the water. Take a soak in the private hot tub just outside the door off the martini deck and enjoy the Bear Bottoms Saturday night fireworks show. Fantastic views from every room and every outdoor area.

Lakefront Recreation
Enjoy the two paddle boards, two kayaks, paddle boat, floatie noodles, saddles and the 16-foot Lily Pad.
Boat trailer parking is no problem. We have room on the side of our dock for a boat up to 40’. Our boat dock with bumpers and tie-offs is free of charge with suite rental. The three-well dock is shared with our other rental and ourselves. A boat ramp is located in at 27 Lighthouse Marina Rd. 38MM Three minutes away. All roads are paved leading into our rental and boat ramp area.

Interior Amenities
Suite has a full kitchen and there is a gas grill on the deck. There are two televisions, (with Hulu and Netflix) two indoor sitting areas and one indoor dining table. Enjoy your morning coffee while working remote, (yes, we have Wi-Fi) There is 3/4 of an almost all level acre here, (no long steep stairs) with a gradual concrete walk to your private entrance.

Other Fun Things To Do While You’re Here
Come swim, fish, float, grill, cook, or visit all the favorite restaurants the west side has to offer. Make smores and hotdogs at the waters’ edge firepit. Bring your fishing pole, life jackets and gear. There is plenty of seating on the swim deck and around the dock. Enjoy quiet evening and morning walks with ease.
Grocery, fuel, and fresh produce stand are right up the road. You don’t have to go far for just about anything you could need or want. We live on site above our rental and we are usually on site to help with anything that you need. Please note that we do have three dogs and a cat on the premises in case you are allergic. The pets occasionally frequent the Suite during cleaning and maintenance but not regularly. Please see house rules for more details.

Wonderful time!
This is a wonderful place to stay. The cove is great for swimming. Both adults and kids loved the water toys - especially the lily pad. The kids also had a blast on the paddle boards and our youngest fished off the dock. There were lots of nice seating teas to enjoy the outside. The hot tub was clean and relaxing. The hosts were on site and friendly, but gave us plenty of privacy. They checked on us when a storm rolled through to make sure we were all okay. The unit is clean and nicely decorated. It has all the incidentals you will need. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was perfect. The host provided us with everything we could possibly need and more. They were very friendly and easy to talk with. We had plenty of privacy throughout our stay but the hosts were always readily available if we needed them for anything. My wife and I enjoyed several easy going, good conversations with the hosts. We will definitely be trying to come back again next year!

We loved our accommodations. There was plenty of room and the kitchen was stocked with all the supplies we needed. They provided coffee and creamer, and even condiments in the fridge. We loved using their kayaks, and the hot tub was so relaxing! Even when it rained, we still sat on the dock with our cocktails and watched it rain. There was a grocery store nearby if we needed anything, and we enjoyed Franky & Louie’s, Captain Rons, and Dog Days that had a swim up bar! Our host was very friendly and accommodating, even coming to get the water out of the paddle boat after the rain! We will definitely book again!

Cool in the Ozarks
A nice clean property. Manager available on site but not intrusive. Lots of water toys, but being in a cove the water was not so great for getting in. My husband caught several bass off the dock though. One fall back was we did not have any climate control. The temp was controled by manager and most of the time it was really cold inside. This only made us appreciate the hot tub on the deck all the more. All in all a great stay!

Great Fall Weekend Stay!
This place is as described but better! The space was perfect for my husband and I to relax and enjoy an anniversary weekend! Highlights = Hot tub, kayaks, fishing, martini deck, coffee bar and super comfortable bed for sleeping in. There are lots of restaurants, grocery stores etc in the area. Hosts live on the property and were very nice, without being intrusive at all.

Sunrise Beach Cove
Very nice 1 bedroom vacation rental. Immaculate and updated with all the modern conveniences. I was visiting for a family reunion so I did not use the dock for water activities but I did enjoy the deck in the morning for coffee and the evening for sunset. Rod and Deena were very quick to respond with any needs. The picture on VRBO does not do the vacation rental justice. The only challenge was cell service which isnt unusual for the lake area, but made it difficult to communicate with my family staying elsewhere. I have ATT. The internet worked great. I would stay here again.

Great place to stay in a quiet cove that is wonderful for swimming and lounging on the deck and a hot tub to soak in at night, good location, close to restaurants and grocery store but far enough for more privacy, hosts Rod and Deena Lea very nice and check in and out was convenient. Will definitely stay again!

Rod has done a wonderful job of thinking of everything lake life is. From a clean and comfortable villa to a well stocked dock! The kayaks and paddle boards are perfect in the No wake cove. The bed was comfortable. He was on location but gave plenty of privacy but was available for questions. He was especially accommodating when we had to change our original date due to a family matter. Definitely recommend!
