Everything was great except the air conditioner. Thermostat cuts off when temp is reached stopping the blower. Can get really stuffy at night. Could really do an upgrade! However excellent communication with the provided email and tech support came up very next morning to explain.

If you only stay for 1 night, then it's fine. However, if you stay more than 1 night, pls do consider other hotel as there's no room cleaning at all during the entire stay, no bed sheet or quilt cover changing, and you have to clean your own dust bin. When you check out, they ask you to clean the house as much as you can. With the not–so–cheap price, it is indeed below the expectation. Also, the location is not so good. It's near to Dontobori street, but the part of the Dontobori street it is near to doesnt have many food options, and you must walk quite some distance to reach those recommended food, about 25mins walking to shinsaibashi shopping area. imagine after one day walking around, you have to walk quite some distance to get to your hotel? no way. do choose other hotel or condo!

Perfect location!
Overall, it was an excellent stay. My family and I were very comfortable. The room was very spacious and clean. The location is very close to Dotonbori and Namba station. The property is also very secure. If there is a minor criticism I could say is that I didn't receive any email for the room number and the password to get in the property. I had to reach out to the live chat to obtain it.

there was a musty smell in the hallway and the washing machine gave off a strong mildew odor. otherwise, the cleanliness, space and location was great.
