This hotel is located very close to Namba railway station. It is spotlessly clean, the staff are very helpful, friendly and polite and the breakfast buffet is excellent. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

My 2nd stay since 2022. Excellent service and unparalleled location. Near to everything of Osaka. Special thanks also to custom service Ms Yuki for helping me to received and safe keep my parcel way before my check in date. The only improvement I can think of is the variety of breakfast spread. This I think can be improved. Thank you and will definitely stay here again when I visit Osaka .

Excellent hotel and excellent location. It is very close to the shopping district. If you arrive early, you can leave your luggage at the lobby before check in time. The hotel staff keeps a watchful eye on all your stuff. Will stay again for sure.

Loved the location, super close to the Nankai limited express to the airport. Breakfast was good! I usually wouldn't have hotel breakfast in Japan, but I enjoyed their wide variety of western and japanese traditional breakfast, including dessert. The thing which bothered me was that I could hear chattering outside the corridor, or from the streets (my room was on the third floor), which was a little disturbing. Also, my room was in another building, which even though was just a small side road across, it was un-sheltered which can be bothersome with luggage on a rainy day.

We booked the Family Triple Room for 3 people and here was our experience. LOCATION: The Nankai Airport Express trains are 3mins walk and 7mins walk to go to other stations like Umeda, USJ, etc. Being situated right next to the Namba malls (Namba Park and City) you'll find a good selection of shopping and eateries around. Walk-able to Dotonbori area up northeast and Osaka's den-den town down southeast, this is a really decent location! Familymart just a stone-throw away, McDonalds next door and everyone's favorite DonQuihote and Daiso1.5 blocks away. ROOM: Modern/renovated hotel w/ small rooms but that is to be expected when booking. My after-thought tells me that each room was built for 2-beds. We opt for a 3-bed room (same size as the 2) and we felt very-very cramped. Appreciate Hiyori for offering this option, but it falls short due to space issues. We made due and were able to fit 2x 31" and 20" open-luggage. Rooms were a bit dusty upon inspection and could use a little more attention (eg. walls had dust clinging to it). Not impressed with the AC controls as they were very inconsistent. Other than that, foot massager in the room was much needed! The rest of the room is still in great shape. SERVICE: All staff were polite and professional! Front-desk spoke fluent English and offers much free stuff (eg. bottled water, tea, toys, coffee, etc.). TIPS: Breakfast is great. Washer/dryer avail on 7th floor. Microwave and ice machine on 6th. STAY AGAIN?: Yes!

Great location
I would recommend this hotel’s location as it’s central. Close to Namba station, short walking distance to the metro lines and about 10-15 min walk to Dotombori. Good size room for the location, bed was comfortable and bathroom was a good size. Be aware the room is not cleaned everyday. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel. Would recommend staying here due to its central location.
