This is the best IHG hotel we've ever stayed in. They provide daily housekeeping with impeccable cleaning standards. The front desk staff are friendly and welcoming. There's also a shuttle bus to and from the hotel and Shin-Osaka Station (exit 4). The surrounding area is full of restaurants and stores. Additionally, the rooms come with a kitchen and laundry facilities. Staying here was definitely the best decision we made during our time in the Osaka area.

The bed is Queen size and room are larger than standard Japanese hotels. Two large size closests with 12 hungers.The under bed storages and many more drowers. The kitchnrt and the washing machine and tambler are useful. Storongly recommended for a long staying.

Great hotel in handy location
Hotel is very well maintained and is very new. The staff were exceptional with the rooms very clean and comfortable. Our roo. had good facilities including a coffee maker, full size fridge and kitchenette.

Overall it’s an awesome place to stay in shin Osaka. Excellent customer service from all the front desk and dining area. The bathroom is clean and had enough space for my stuff. Shuttle service is a BIG plus, the drivers were all friendly. Location wise it’s great too as it is close to the train station

Hotel is in a good location with a handy shuttle bus to the station. We found it was not the easiest to find your way to the right exit to catch it though. Very clean with friendly staff. We stayed in a suite which was good but if you cook for yourself there was very little space to sit down and eat. Seems crazy to have a lot of space taken up with a bath meaning the living space is very cramped.

A convenient hotel, if you like to stay closer to Shin-Osaka station (arrival and departure of bullet train).Shin Osaka is 3 to 4 Kms from site seeing areas of Osaka and is on other side of river. Hotel room is small, not optimal design and and quite large compared to room.Said our room had city view. That was slightly misleading as outside the room, there is what I would say a maintenance corridor and hence we couldn't see the road and only the building ahead.

In fact all the staff are very kind and helpful. The staff at the restaurant serving breakfast are all extremely helpful and proactive. Among them, I and my wife must praise a lady staff who is always very passionate in serving the guests with heart. She recognises us when we arrive, greeting us with great welcome, as well as when we leave. Indeed all other staff deserve our great praise. They are great and precious assets of the Hotel. We very much hope this very nice and clean hotel with such excellent staff can thrive well over decades in Shin Osaka.

It could have been a great stay.
Everything was good until the last night. We waited for the shuttle to the hotel at 9:40 PM, not knowing we had missed the last shuttle at 9:30 PM. I placed numerous calls to the hotel but no one answered. There as no taxi in sight so we walked back to the hotel in the rain. When we entered the hotel, there were 3-4 people at the front desk, and I tested the phone number there then and it rang. I really don't understand why they didn't answer my calls.
