Excellent hotel, room was very spacious with wide range of amenities. Access to washing machine in room made it so convenient when travelling with kids. There is no front desk but checking in and out processes are easy to follow. Located minutes from train station and 15 minute walk to Dotonbori. Would definitely stay again!

Hotel room is very modern with a washing machine in the room (a bonus). Train station entrance just below hotel, can be accessed by lift behind hotel. They didn't send a code to access the lobby as confirmed. We had to an email whilst at the front door (instructions provided in English) for the code. Email with code came within 5-10 min

Acceptable for the price. Self check-in means you check in with a live operator remotely. Overall easy process, and property is as described. Walking distance to shops and restaurants around, but about 18-20 min to Dotonburi.

15 minutes walk to Dotonbori Street. Close to shopping and eating areas. A bit noisy from traffic. Hotel has all amenities including washer. Overall a good stay.

Very thin walls and floors. People above my room were stomping and hitting walls for hours into the night. The hotel doesn’t have any staff on site so they sent an email to the unit with no remedy of the major disturbance. Hotel also advertised a dryer which the units do not have and there is not a dryer anywhere on site. If you need any help, to address anything or to speak to someone be prepared to go back and forth over emails for hours with no solution. Room had a couple of bean bag chairs with multiple stains all over.

The hotel experience is interesting since it has no in-person staff, but the check-in process is still easy to understand, and the online staff are still very responsive. The hotel room came with all the necessary amenities, such as a stove, microwave oven, fridge, dining table, balcony/drying racks, and even our own washer/dryer unit (the dryer only wrings out excess water; you have to air-dry the clothes afterwards). Instead of a standard TV, we had a projector TV in which we could even connect our phones/laptops to the big screen. There is a luggage storage area on the first floor, which we used to keep our suitcases safe before we checked in. It is a ~10 minute walk from the station, and a ~10 minute walk from Dotonbori/Shinsaibashi-suji, which is where we spent most of our Osaka trip (highly recommend!) Overall, I would say just don't expect 5-star hotel treatment here, but for what we get, the price of the hotel is very reasonable. We would be happy to stay here again if we ever return to Osaka.

Excellent unit. Room is clean and new. Close to Metro, covenient store, OCAT and a good walking distance to Dotonbori, Namba walk and other shopping aread. Will surely use again the next time we visit Osaka. Thank you management team, we had a great stay!

Loved how new, clean and relatively spacious the apartment is by Japanese standards. Beds were comfortable. The bath/shower/dryer room impressed us with its size and how well the drainage and ventilation worked which helps with maintaining hygiene. The keyless entry was very convenient. Appreciated that a 7-Eleven and two bus stops are within a 4 minute walk around the block. While the walk to Sakuragawa Station is only 6 minutes (closest train station).

We had a very confortable and enjoyable stay in Hotel Abitare Namba West. The hotel is very new and clean. The washing machine, bothtub, toilet and the drying facility in the bath room are the highlights. The TV is a smart one. We were able to watch something together as a family. The staff was friendly too. The location is great too. Overall, we are happy with our stay.

Quiet but in a safe area. Convenient stores and a wide variety of restaurants and shopping within a 5-10 min walk. The best feature is that it is nearby the metro station so very easy to commute around. Easy check in and out process.
