Hotel looks amazing inside and out. The facilities were great. However, noise traveled easily between rooms. Washing machines were inconvenient. Breakfast was not enjoyable and there were no complementary breakfast foods. For how much I paid and the stars the hotel had; I expected more. I have paid $20+ less a night at lower star locations that provided higher quality and services.

I recently stayed at Hotel Brighton in Osaka and had a very positive experience. The room was spacious, which I really appreciated, especially after coming from a smaller hotel in Tokyo. Everything was clean and well-maintained, which made the stay all the more comfortable. The staff at the reception were extremely helpful and friendly. They even arranged for my luggage to be delivered to my next hotel, which was a service I found incredibly useful. It took a lot of stress out of my travel day. The location is also excellent. It’s less than a two-minute walk to the nearest Metro station, which made getting around the city a breeze. There's a 7-Eleven located just across the street. Additionally, Osaka Castle is only about a 20 to 25-minute walk away, making it easy to explore one of the city’s main attractions. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay at Hotel Brighton. The spacious room, comfy bed, and helpful staff made it a great choice, and I would definitely consider staying there again on my next visit to Osaka

If traveling to Osaka, this is a great place to stay. The train station is nearby and stops to local attractions are only a few stops away. Wonderful and helpful staff. We were able to have questions answered and help provided (in English might I add).

The so-called "OK for 4 sleeps" actually consists of two double beds pushed together and a sofa bed. This means that one person will have to sleep in the gap between the beds. The space is very cramped, making it difficult to even place luggage. Therefore, be cautious about "OK for 4 sleeps" .
