Hotel is in a great location. Very convenient and close to subway. Food at the breakfast buffet was very good with a lot of selection. Room was clean and quiet. Would definitely return next time visiting Osaka. A couple of improvements I would suggest is increasing the timing of the light sensor in the washroom so that it doesn’t shut off so quickly. Also if the washing machines for laundry could be able to accept IC cards in addition to coins so it would be even more convenient.

1 mins walk to trains & shopping mall, also train can go directly to Tokyo from the same station. Hotel is very clean, room is small but cozy, i will return!

Nice hotel, clean rooms, great amenities, and a restaurant conveniently located in lobby. The room toilet system was not as good. While you get to see an automatic seat cover open, the seat is not warmed and the bidet water was cool, which can be a little surprise for those who have already been living in the air conditioned room. Other than that, we would stay here again in the future.

The hotel location is great! It’s located across from Tenmabashi Station with 2 lines, Keihan and Tenmachi. You can practically go anywhere, even to Kyoto. Should book Hotel with option include breakfast since its spread is very good. Laundry is excellent with really hot dryer( most of the time your clothes came out still damp with the combo washer and dryer).Room is equipped with a central control of everything from lights to AC and even how do you like your room to be cleaned. I will definitely come stay here again if I ever wish to visit Osaka in the future.
