The breakfast was good, but it can get rather crowded. The hotel is conveniently located 5-7 mins walk from the station, and it’s not that difficult to find with Google maps! Really enjoyed our stay in the hotel, beds and room were very comfortable.

New and clean property. About 10-15 mins walk from the gate of Shin-Osaka station. Staff can speak English not fluent thou. Housekeeping will be provided everyday.

Location is pretty convenient. They let us check-in as soon as both rooms (connecting) were ready - although it wasn’t check-in time yet. Staff were friendly and nice. Rooms were clean.

I stayed here last year and got the connecting rooms with my sister's family. We love the hotel and close to the station so we decided to book this hotel again this year. We wanted more space for just our family of 4 so we got the room with the tatami mats. Love that room. I didnt even realize the room came with a washer/dryer. The little stool for the sink was great especially walking all day, and getting to sit there brushing my teeth or blow drying my hair. The amenities were awesome and they have a little drawstring bag for you to hold them. And the slippers (that customers are welcome to keep/take home) were pretty good quality. We also enjoyed the pajamas.

Wonderful hotel. We upgraded to a deluxe room from the standard triple we booked for our family of 3 and enjoyed the comfort of the larger room. The hotel is near Shin-Ōsaka station which has numerous public transportation options (once you figure out how to locate). The breakfast was fantastic. My husband enjoyed the public bath. I think we would have liked to have a gym but we did a lot of walking so was ok to skip our regular fitness routine.
