We travelled around Japan & Osaka was our last destination. We booked Minn Shin after arriving at a previous apartment that we were not satisfied with. Arriving at Minn Shin we soon realized this was our favourite place of them all! It was very clean, modern, the family really enjoyed the high quality projector to watch movies at night. Location was awesome with Shin-Osaka station a 3 minute walk away. Highly recommend this hotel. 5/5 stars!!

This hotel is close to the Shin station and walkable convenience store. The staff were very helpful and treats guests with respect. They make sure that they attend to their guests needs even going extra mile to help on simple stuffs like delivery. Thank you Minn Shin, I will book this hotel in the future.

The room was very clean and the heating was superb! We stayed at a few locations in Japan and it was the only place where I felt perfectly warm, even in the bathroom! Location is great, a short walk from the train station with a Family Mart just around the corner. It was easy to locate and check-in/out was a breeze. We were not able to dry our clothes using the dryer, not sure if it's the washer/dryer function or we weren't using it correctly. It was an easy fix as the clothes dried super fast when we hung them in the bathroom. Only issue is we could not seem to connect our devices to the projector screen to watch Netflix so the kids were a little disappointed. Overall, a wonderful exeperience!

This was such a great location right near the Shin Osaka station. The apartment is perfect for 3-5 people. There is a nice little kitchen with microwave, bowls ,plates, recycle and trash cans, mini washing machine. The tv is a projector which was good enough for us. The price was great. Entry door password worked well with a number lock. Check in and room access is by a video call to a person who is remote. The technology worked well. A friendly cleaning staff gave us an extra towel when we asked. The down side was all the stickers and instructions were in Japanese. We struggled to get the room heater set up. The bathroom water heater/geyser was also confusing. It would help if they had some English printouts. Also warning to people - there is no reception desk with staff at all. There is no staff on premises. So you cannot do early check in or leave bags at the desk if you get there early. Love the place and location. would highly recommend to families.

Unable to access room. Had to find another hotel
We arrived at 9pm and had to do self check-in. After completing info we had to FaceTime front desk with an available iPad. We were never able to reach anybody through their system. I had read that there would be someone at the front desk until midnight. This what not the case. After 30 minutes of trying everything, we had to find another hotel for the night. I had previously emailed hotel to make sure there would not be any problem checking in at that time. I never got an answer from them.

The self check system is a bit silly, complicated. The hotel itself is not bad. Room is spacious. There is only very little parking space in the lot next to hotel. We have to park at another lot which is 5 minutes walk from hotel. It's quite a nice place to stay.

The room was definitely very cramped for 5. The description online had described 2 bunk beds and a sofa bed, but while I wasn't surprised to get something that didnt match the picture I was surprised to be told that there was no 5th bed, and to use a stashed futon instead. I know people sleep on them but it's not an interchangeable concept for everyone. Communication was entirely remote, which would be fine except that the check in procedures that apparently were doable ahead of time were never sent to us, meaning I had to fish for my passport and info to enter when we arrived instead.

This is a really great place to stay. Best location and best condition. The room is well maintained. The only thing I would ask to improve is the check in process. It’s a bit confusing. Maybe send those instructions in advance and provide some FAQ

Not a bad stay but the room is way too small for a family- I tried searching for reviews and photos but hard to judge. Overall, not a bad stay. Nothing negative except for the small size room but you get what you pay for.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Cleanliness can be improved. Dust are all all over the room and beddings have smell. Security has been cmpromised during our last night of stay, some random man tried and was able to unlock the door code past midnight. We were all scared , good thing husband was quick to act and told the guy that he accessed the wrong room. Dead bolt lock saved us, the guy was not able to successfully enter room. What we like about this hotel is the location. Very close to shin-osaka station and has convenience stores in the area. Thank you Minn-shin osaka , it was still a good stay despite the glitches.
