Close to metro and some dining and cafe options nearby. Laundry facilities were convenient but clothes came out smelling fousty. Standard plastic bathroom which had a nasty smell from drains. Construction happening in the building opposite which was disruptive in mornings, some noise from drag racers on the nearby main road also.

Great value for money and very convenient location. Can get to all the main spots in Osaka in a short amount of time. The room itself was small but functional, the room was clean but the aircon had a weird smell. Overall a great base in Osaka!

The beds and pillows are the worst we have had in all of Japan. They also don’t provide coffee in the morning unless you pay for breakfast. There’s also no water bottles given and the water machine is only available for a few hours a day

Dirt under beds. Very small rooms.
There was a lot of dust and dirt on the sides of the beds. It looks like they had not been cleaned in years. Please move the beds and sweep the floors. This causes a lot of ants to be walking around the floor. We were worried that the beds are also not clean due to bed bugs as the floors were so unclean. You gave us another room. However that was only a little better.

The rooms are very small, location is near convenient stores and restaurants, not so clean the shower had black mold, rooms not so clean, it’s ok for a one or two night stay. Staff was nice. I don’t think we would be back.
