Maybe because I couldn't find my directions, it is a bit of a walk from Shin Osaka station. Since my tour gathered at 7 am at Shin-Osaka station, I needed to start walking from my hotel before 6:30am to ensure I find the right place to embark. But the price of the hotel is really affordable. The inside of the room is way more clean and comfortable than I thought. Thank you for keeping the room so comfortable.

It's an old, clean, price-competitive hotel with convenient access to Umeda on a two-course train ride. It's a simple morning, but it's a basic meal. The noise is an old hotel, so don't look forward to it too much.

I liked the convenience this property offered in terms of being close to transportation options. Nishinakajima-Minamigata stations were close by. I also noticed two rental car companies were within yards from the building as well as four separate convenience stores.

The building is slightly outdated. No Ac in winter, no heat in summer. It’s not possible to adjust the room temp to whatever you’d like. Staff was friendly and helpful but struggled with English. On my floor there was a smoking side hallway and and non-smoking. Smoke could still be smelled in the non-smoking hallway although not the actual room. Shower drain didn’t evacuate water fast enough during the shower so there was constantly about 4 inches of water in the tub while showering.

Booked for a solo trip across the Kansai region. Room is neat and clean, area is quiet at night and always woke up well-rested. Staff were great and very helpful! Location is awesome, Right in the middle of Shin-Osaka Station (10 minute walk, For Shinkansen/JR Lines), Nishinakajima-Minamigata station (3 minute walk, Midosuji line, Straight to Namba Station) and Minamikata station (3 minute walk, Hankyu Kyoto Line). Recommended and will definitely be returning the next time I visit Osaka. Thank you!
