Safe and quiet neighborhood.

A bit of a walk from the closest metro, but neighborhood was quiet and safe. Close to several grocery, convenience store, restaurants. Room service every 4 days but you can request a cleaning if needed, and they provided fresh clean towels everyday automatically. Would stay here again

Súper céntrico! El desayuno no fue muy bueno para nuestro gusto. Sin querer reservé "smoking room" y cuando hicimos checkon le dije si había la posibilidad de cambiar a "non-smoking room" ni siquiera verfició, me dijo que yo había reservado "smocking" y eso no se podía cambiar.

Great location

Friendly staff, clean rooms and had a spot to leave our luggage until we could check into our next hotel. My favorite thing about this hotel is that its close to shopping food and nightlife.

Everything you would need in a hotel.

Rooms were clean. Staff speaks great english. This hotel is right next to many Osaka hot spots but is just slightly out of the way enough to not be right in the center of it all. Which is to my liking. Would 100% stay here again.

I like the location. However, the hotel could use some upkeeping. The furniture in the lobby was worn-out. The lobby restroom needed cleaning. The room was small. Would be suited for one adult and a backpack. I didn't like the shower setup. The shower head placement options were either too high or too low. The mini fridge didn't cool.

Service with a smile

My wife and I enjoyed our stay. The staff were helpful, although they seemed overworked and we saw them having to deal to multiple difficult foreign guests which they handled with the utmost professionalism. The hotel is really well located for staying in Osaka too.

Average stay compared to the other hotels we stayed in though it was cheaper. It was okay for 2 nights to stay in. No cleaning or change of sheets for day 1 and 2 (only towels and slippers provided at the door every day). Very crowded and slow elevators. Not a lot of facilities and amenities and you cannot eat or drink in the lobby areas. Pretty smaller rooms and not super clean like the other hotels in Japan especially if in smoking rooms which also had a strong smell inside. Breakfast was okay but Expedia charges more if prepaid so better to pay at the property. They only sell breakfast until 9AM, refill until 9.15 and last entry at 9.30 and start removing stuff at 9.45. The sheets were not clean when we checked in but they quickly changed them when called. No free water in the room and limited amenities. Not big shower and toilet and not as clean as you would expect from Japan. Location was 20 30 minutes walking distance to the main Dotonbori area and close to shopping district. Good for people who want to do tax free shopping close to the hotel.

When checked in we were told our room will be cleaned every 3 days only. This is definitely not the type of room we booked. It was corrected after we complained. I felt we were short changed. The room size was smaller than I booked too.

I always automatically give a hotel 1 star if there’s no room to open up a standard size luggage. Nowhere to walk with 2 suitcases (not oversized either) opened. Front desk wasn’t that friendly either.
