The staff at the Lively Osaka are amazing. They went above and beyond to help us when our plans changed and we had to leave Japan early. The property is conveniently located, close to the metro, 7-11, and Lawsons. There are great events in the lobby and rooftop, and many communal spaces. I would stay again if ever in Osaka. Thank you for your kindness and support during our stay.

Location is very central with subway stations within 5 to 8 minute walks. The staff ia very friendly. We enjoyed the free beer at 1730 every day before heading to dinner.

The hotel's atmosphere was very lively, could hear music playing the moment you stepped out of your room. I think it's a good place for couples more than families, just keep that in mind. Very fun, clean, the staff was fanominal.

Fantastic stay in a clean, well proportioned and comfortable room. Breakfast was tasty and proximity to the metro made for a very convenient jumping off point for exploring Osaka. Definitely recommend.

This was a very comfortable place to stay that is close, but not too close to Osaka's busiest tourism areas. The rooms are great and intelligently designed. Beds are comfortable.

Stayed in the superior twin room with bunk bed and it was definitely the roomiest hotel room we’ve had in Japan. Easily accommodating a group of 3. Hotel had a great vibe and held a Halloween event while we were there (but our room was still quiet). Location is convenient for visiting places around Osaka and the wider Kansai region.

The property itself was nice and modern. The location was close to transportation, but not near points of interest. It was clean and the bed comfortable. The staff wasn’t always friendly or overly helpful. In fact, at the breakfast I was reminded that I’d already had my limit of three items (small items) when I asked for another. It was somewhat like this with all the staff.

The hotel is weird. The aesthetic of the building and common areas are very modern and nice to look at. Our room however was small and the floor plan was weird. Our room smelled “old” like mold and keeping the windows open or using a fabric freshener spray didn’t help. It was obvious that they never shampoo the carpet because there were many stains that could easily be removed with cleaning. The shower was extremely weird as it was like a small enclosed room with a weird lighting and mirror in the middle of it. I wouldn’t stay here again.
