Relax in the swing chairs with a cup of coffee or tea from the coffee bar! Garage & driveway parking is available for guest use. Not suitable for young children under 12 years due to steep stairs.

Bathroom is on main level off the dining area. The bathroom has a stand up shower and is stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Makeup towels are available along with a hair dryer. All bedrooms include additional towel hooks as bathrooms have limited space for drying towels.

Bring out your inner chef in the fully stocked kitchen using Greenware pots & pans and silicone utensils. A starter supply of paper towels and dish soap are stocked. The dining area has a large table that will accommodate 6 guests.

Enjoy your morning beverage of choice at the coffee & tea bar! A Keurig and 12 cup coffee maker are available. We provide a starter supply of ground coffee, k-cups, tea, creamer, sugar and stevia.

An iron and ironing board are also available, a washer and dryer are not available at the house.

A grill is located behind the house, and grill utensils are located in the kitchen. An extra propane tank is located in the garage. Please let us know if you empty one of the tanks so we can replace the backup after checkout. Please clean the grill after use. A $25 fee will be applied if the cleaning team needs to clean the grill, as this is not part of their routine house cleaning.

Guests will have access to the entire home, garage, driveway and yard space.

We are available if needed for guests! Guests will be provided a unique keycode for entry for keyless check-in and check-out at their convenience.

Located in a residential neighborhood only 4 blocks from Menominee Park and Lake Winnebago. This neighborhood is conveniently located just over a mile from UW Oshkosh and downtown Oshkosh.

One garage stall is available for parking, along with parking in the driveway for two additional cars. Free street parking is available. Overnight street parking is not available in the winter to allow for city snow plows.

This home is not suitable for young children under 12 years due to the steep stairs with narrow stair treads leading to the second story.
- Guests must be 25 years or older to book.
- Government issued photo ID is required for booking to verify identify.
- No parties or events allowed in the home. A $500 fee will be applied to any bookings that host a party or event, and booking may be terminated immediately without refund.
- $250 pet fee includes up to 2 dogs. Additional or unauthorized pets will result in an additional $250 per animal.
- No additional guests other than those indicated in the booking allowed, maximum of 6 guests allowed in the home.
- No smoking, including vaping, is allowed in the home.
- No candles or open flames allowed in the home.
- Please close and lock all windows and doors when you leave the home.
- Please be respectful of neighbors when using front porch & back deck spaces, music and noise should be kept to a minimum after 10pm and before 7am.
- Front door has Ring Doorbell camera for security of guests and property. Camera faces toward road and has view of the front porch area and front of home. Recording occurs when the camera detects movement in these areas. Tampering or disabling of camera will result in immediate termination of the reservation.
- Tampering or disabling of wifi will result in immediate termination of the reservation.
- Please remove your shoes when in the home.
- Check-out is at 10am unless a late check-out has been previously approved. Check-out past 10am may result in a late check-out fee of $50 if this results in the cleaning team waiting for guest to check-out.
- Please report any problems or issues immediately so we can address these during your stay. Refunds will not be issued after check-out for any problems or issues that were not reported during the stay.
- Any violation of VRBO's terms of service or house rules may result in immediate termination of the reservation.
