The property was well located and staff very helpful. The bedroom and bathroom lighting was very poor. Huge bathroom but no power point near vanity for hair drying etc. Not enough cupboard shelving for personal items. Best ever breakfast!

A convenient location at the airport which makes my trip home stress free. Nice large room. Nice complimentary breakfast.The tv in the room wasnt working properly, which was the only issue. Otherwise, a great place to stay

Very good location. Nice modern interior. Friendly staff. VERY wide breakfast buffet. Cosmetics from Rituals. Large TVs with Chromecast. Rooms have not very many places to put or hang your stuff. Some are far away from elevators. Breakfasts are crowdy.

Great bfast but Reception need to up their game.
Location, room, and breakfast were all great. Breakfast the best we've had alongside that of the best Melia hotels. Check-in was the only poor part. We stood there for quite a while without any one offering to check us in, despite staff being there (they all just carried on typing). When we approached the desk we were told, sorry Im busy, and one of my colleagues will be with you in a minute. No apology for the wait, no requests to the two other colleagues who were present to welcome us either. We just stood there for another 3 mins before eventually one of the staff come out of the office and checked us in. It's your first contact with your customer and it should have been much much better from the Clarion Hotel The Hub, Oslo.

Nice building and perfect for The train station. As close as you can get. But there are two big issues and one small one. Big issue number one is it is very loud. There were people in the street screaming till 4 o’clock and even though why I was on a high floor, I could not sleep. Issue two is there was no air-conditioning. I think the building has it, but they don’t run it. It was so hot I Had to ask for a fan. The smaller issue is that it is very crowded. Can be long wairs to get up and down the elevator. The hotel itself is very nice, and the people are great. But those issues really ruin the stay

The location was perfect. We enjoyed the breakfast very much, there was something for every taste. The beds were probably the most comfortable we have experienced in a hotel and we travel frequently.

A wonderful place for a family stay!
Beautiful hotel in a great location! Wonderful room for our family of four. We enjoyed the pool and sauna. The breakfast spread was impressively varied and delicious. We'd definitely come back.

Great location and confortable stay
Great location as the hotel is across the road from the central train station where the airport trains come into. Also walking distance to the opera house, major shopping streets and ferries and national museum. Comfortable good sized room with everything you need, including a fridge and Nespresso machine. Lovely restaurant on the 13th floor but probably for a special occasion. Lots of restaurants close by. All in all a really good find.
