Comfortable hotel but wouldn’t stay again.
We were in a “courtyard room “ which actually means you overlook a building shaft so for 5 days we looked at a brick wall. Because of this the room is very dark as it gets very little natural light and the light in the room is not bright enough. Luckily we didn’t spend much time in the room during the day . Breakfast room is lovely and breakfast is great but this was a little spoiled every morning by a staff member using a blender constantly to crush ice for smoothies. It was like having breakfast next to road works, not the best start to a morning. We moved to the lower breakfast area but it made little difference. We were not the only guests this bothered. Surely this should be done in the kitchen away from guests? I had reason, on 2 occasions , to ask a young man who was covering reception in the evening, a question concerning breakfast time over the Easter holiday, when he managed to look up from his phone and acknowledge me, he just pointed to a sign regarding normal breakfast time, which was no help. The internal layout of the hotel is very odd. To get to our room on the 3rd floor, avoiding stairs with our luggage, we had to take 2 different elevators and walk through the breakfast room. The hotel is in a great location and very clean and comfortable but I wouldn’t recommend it and wouldn’t stay again, just too many little things that weren’t right. We were also supposed to get a complimentary drink as a silver member of Hotels.com but this was never offered.

Rooms were very nice. Clean, well-appointed. Breakfast set-up was beautiful. They do a great job. Fitness center was far - got a workout on way to the workout. Staff was very friendly.

Amazing breakfast, but wish I had a refrigerator.
We’ll start with the cons and end with the pros. Cons: Our room was said to have a refrigerator. It did not. That didn’t have much effect on the stay, but it is of note. Also, a normal blanket aside from the massive duvet would have been a nice option. =/ Pros: The hotel was very clean, the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and lastly (but not least), that may have been the best breakfast I’ve ever had at a hotel. =)
