Our house is located on a hillside (entrance via an outside staircase, parking on the property), within walking distance of Lake Ossiach and the May-October open supermarket, restaurants and ATMs.

As the last house on a quiet residential street, the property with terraces and lawn directly on the edge of the forest and offers a fantastic view over the Ossiacher See and the Gerlitzen.

Very tired and dated appartment in a Great location
Overall of course perfectly located on Ossiacher See if that is where you are aiming to be. Very quit and amazing views from the terrace. The appartment however has not been upgraded since the early 80s (except the shower) and things like amenities are a mix of left-overs/spare accesories. It works but basically its done in a way to maximize rental income with minimum investment. More importantly the appartment is very damp which is largely because they probably save on cost during the winter (unlike my Aunt down the street where we have no sunch dampness in a similar locatation). Key handover was perfect but the lady came at 9:30 instead of the official 10am checkout to see if we needed help leaving. This was a first ever and had we not been a bit cross would actually have been funny given her sudden appearance. In summary great location but a property with minimal love and investment which shows in the tired furnature and features.

Erholsamer Urlaub an einem schönen Ort
Das Haus befindet sich in schöner und ruhiger Lage. Der Blick über den Ossiacher See von der Terrasse und dem Esstisch im Wohnzimmer ist majestätisch. Das Wohnzimmer ist geräumig und verfügt über ein Ecksofa, einen Flachbildfernseher und Schiebetüren zur Terrasse. Das WLAN funktionierte fantastisch. Die Küche ist alt und die Schränke muffig. Das Kochfeld funktioniert gut und der Ofen war auch perfekt. Die Schlafzimmer sind alt, aber ausreichend geräumig. Ein Schlafzimmer hat ziemlich neue Matratzen und sie sind viel besser als die Matratzen im zweiten Schlafzimmer. Der Flur ist groß und hat Zugang zum Badezimmer, was in Ordnung ist (abgesehen von dem verstopften Abfluss, den wir am ersten Tag reinigen mussten). Der Rest war einigermaßen sauber. Die Waschmaschine, die wir nutzen konnten, war großartig! Das Auto war an einem erstklassigen Ort geparkt. Bis zum Geschäft des Terrassencampingplatzes, der auch über Tennisplätze, einen Fußballplatz und Tischtennisplatten verfügt, sind es 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbracht. Die Informationen, die wir vorab vom Vermieter erhalten haben, waren perfekt. Wegbeschreibung, An- und Abreiseinformationen, Tipps für Ausflüge in die Umgebung wurden kommuniziert und im Kühlschrank gab es ein Begrüßungsgetränk. Die Dame, die die Schlüssel übergab, war herzlich und freundlich. Sie brachte uns sogar Marmelade. Tipp: Neue Gartenmöbel und Auffrischung der Küche

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in Kärnten. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und es alles vorhanden. Schön ist auch, dass an allen Fenstern ein Insektenschutzgitter angebracht ist. Von der großen Terasse aus hat man einen tollen Blick auf den See.

Sommerurlaub
Wir haben unseren Sommerurlaub mit unseren Kindern hier genossen. Es war ein sehr herzlicher Empfang und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter im Vorwege war klasse. Tipps für Ausflüge sowie Restaurants haben den Aufenthalt vereinfacht. Die Wegbeschreibung war sehr genau, so dass wir das Ferienobjekt schnell gefunden haben. Die Lage ist traumhaft mit einem schönem Ausblick und Terrasse. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht vom Eierkocher bis zum Teelicht für gemütliche Abende. Ich kann nur sagen das wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben und auf jeden Fall gerne wieder kommen. Danke Bernhard und Evelyn für einen wunderschönen Urlaub.

Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig in einem Berghang und hat einen guten Blick auf den See. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und eine wirklich gut ausgestattete Küche ist vorhanden. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen!

Mooie, nette en ruime vakantiewoning met veel privacy in een geweldige omgeving. Garage voor de auto. Als enig minpuntje de bedden: de latten van de bedbodems zaten los waardoor je er snel doorheen zakt ( wel makkelijk te herstellen) en matrassen die de beste tijd hadden gehad.

Wir haben uns sehr erholt, jeden Tag hat uns der Blick auf den See und die Berge fasziniert.
Wir haben uns in Ossiachersee sehr gut erholt. Mit dem schönen Blick von der Terrasse auf den Ossiachersee und den Bergen, sind wir immer gut in den Tag gestartet. Es war das letzte Haus am Waldrang, schön ruhig gelegen. Wir wurden vor Ort von Liane sehr freundlich begrüßt und wenn wir eine Frage hatten, war Sie immer für uns da. Auch im Vorfeld war der Besitzer immer für Fragen und Tipps an unserer Seite. Wenn man überhaupt etwas , anmerken möchte, wenn man viel in der Wohnung kochen möchte, muss man sich im Gegensatz zur eigenen Küche etwas umstellen. Wir würden auf jeden Fall, nochmal das Objekt buchen. VG Thomas

Schöne Lage. Alte Einrichtung, leider dreckig.
Pro: Die Lage ist wirklich schön. Waschmaschine vorhanden und kostenfrei. Herd, Waschmaschine und Kühlschrank entsprechend dem aktuellen Stand der Technik, Fernseher auch, aber sehr klein. Contra: Die Küchenmöbel sind uralt und in ihrer Funktion eingeschränkt. Schubladen klemmen etc. Inventar (Schränke, Betten, Esstisch etc.) auch sehr alt und abgewohnt, funktionieren aber noch. Matratzen hängen durch. Räume sind teilweise dunkel - das empfand ich aber nicht als so schlimm. Staubsauger konnte nicht benutzt werden, komplett verstopft. Abfluss vom Waschbecken (Bad) läuft nur langsam ab. Einige Spinnweben sind mir negativ aufgefallen.

Veel privacy maar inrichting uit de jaren zeventig.
Een prachtig ruim balkon met uitzicht op meer. Veel privacy. Groot huis met inrichting sterk verouderd op badkamer na. Wij hebben het heerlijk gehad vanwege ligging bij wandel en fiets paden. Eten bij camping restaurant een aanrader.

Große Wohnung mit schöner Aussicht
Sehr gemütliche, große Wohnung. Von der Terasse und Wohnzimmer sieht man die Berge und den See. Navigation stimmte nicht, man findet das Haus ohne Beschreibung nicht so leicht, also unbedingt vor der Abreise lesen. Spülmaschine wäre praktisch, man verschwendet zu viel Zeit mit Spülen !😁

Haus am See
Liebe Familie Endres, wir haben uns über die großzügigen, kühlen Räume und den herrlichen Blick auf den See und die Berge sehr gefreut. Die Anbindung an den Ort und Nähe zu den Wanderwegen waren auch sehr schön. Waschmaschinennutzung ist prima. Die Sauberkeit dagegen war für uns ein bisschen schwierig. Die Toilette hatte deutliche Urinspuren und Haare der Vormieter. Der Urlaub begann mit Badputzen. Durch die Feuchtigkeit gibt es gerade auch im Bad viele Rostspuren. Auch im Waschbecken. Die Kaffeemaschine hat starke Gebrauchsspuren. Ein Eierstecher würde die Küche ergänzen. Der Grundgeruch in der Wohnung müsste nicht durch Duftsäckchen überdeckt werden. Aber das ist nur ein Detail. WLAN funktioniert kaum. Eine Grillnutzung wäre schön gewesen. Garage ist wunderbar. Vielleicht kann einiges an altgedienten Gegenständen ausgewechselt werden. Ansonsten hat das Haus und seine Lage viele Vorzüge, die wir auch empfehlen können. Herzliche Grüße Familie Kaltofen

Ein behaglicher ruhiger Ort
Es wird eine grosszügige Ferieneohnung angeboten. Das Schlafzimmer für die Kinder ist etwas dunkel und klein, aber das schmälert die Erholung kaum. Die wunderbare Terrasse hat Abendsonne mit Blick auf den Ossiacher See.

Zeer complete en ruime vakantiewoning met Seesicht
De fewo heeft alles wat je nodig hebt voor een prettig verblijf, in ons geval 3 weken. Een prima plek om Karinthië te verkennen. Fantastisch uitzicht vanuit de woning en het terras op het meer van Ossiach. Eigenaar was afwezig, daardoor veel privacy, maar het inchecken was iets lastiger. Eigenaar had iemand geregeld maar die was verhinderd en stuurde een vriendin die niet veel wist te melden. Inrichting is wat gedateerd, bedden zijn erg kort voor lange Hollanders en liggen niet heel comfortabel. Dat wordt goedgemaakt door de fantastische ligging van dit huis dat gelegen is aan een doodlopend smal weggetje. Kortom, enorm veel rust en privacy. Wij zouden er graag terug komen. Het contact met de eigenaar verliep heel prettig vooraf via de chat functie van de site van HomeAway. Eigenaar reageert snel en vriendelijk op vragen. De woning heeft geen afwasmachine, maar dat vinden wij wel knus, samen afwassen 😀 Kortom, niets dan lof.

Mooi uitzicht
Ruime woning met een fantastisch uitzicht en heerlijk terras. Ligging is perfect ten opzichte van het dorp, het meer en de wandelroutes. Inrichting is gedateerd maar compleet. Zeer fijne ontvangst ter plaatse. Verbeterpunt; de matrassen zijn echt aan vervanging toe (je voelt de pocketveren) en de matrassen zijn korter dan het bed. Soms ruikt de woning muf door het vocht ondanks de geplaatste ontvochtigers.
