What is there. More beautiful than falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the sea, the air of. Breathe in the pine forest, watch the squirrel or smell the Baltic Sea from your bed? It couldn't be closer (and hardly more beautiful). With us you live 100 m from the beach, in a luxurious and comfortably furnished dream house. Enjoy the holidays here, you will want to come back - like everyone. The house, completed in July 2014 with 150m2 of living space and 300 m2 of garden, has a large living-dining area with open kitchen, 3 bedrooms with a double bed each and 1 bedroom with a single bed. All beds are high quality box spring beds. On the ground floor there is a bathroom with shower, toilet and. Sauna and in the 1st Floor another bathroom with a bath, shower and toilet. In the 1st On the first floor there are 2 balconies from where you can enjoy a wonderful view of the forest. The garden has a large terrace with lounge furniture. From the rear patio door you are only separated from the garden, a few meters of pine forest and the dune from the kilometer-long sandy beach. There are 2 beach chairs available for a small fee. Up to 7 adults and 1 toddler and 1 baby have space in our jewelry. In season, from May to September, a bakery is open about 100 m away. You will find one at a similar distance and within easy walking distance. Handful of different restaurants and a large playground. A larger shopping center is about 1.2 km away. The house is not on a road, but on the international bike path. 2 parking spaces directly at the house are available. State-of-the-art kitchen with induction hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher; Toaster, waffle maker and a wide range of accessories. In the cold season, a brick fireplace in the living room ensures cozy hours. In addition, a large-format flat-screen TV, Blue-Ray disk player, compact music system, books and board games offer the best entertainment options. Books and baby toys are available for the little ones. Washing machine, dryer, ironing board, ironing board are also available for free use. WiFi is available. The house is suitable for allergy sufferers, the floors in the living and sleeping areas are made of solid oak floorboards, the kitchen, hallway and bathrooms are covered with high-quality fine stone tiles.

Gerne wieder!
Wir waren mit drei Generationen im Ferienhaus und es hat allen sehr gut gefallen. Ausstattung und Sauberkeit sehr gut. Das Internet war auch für Stream völlig ausreichend. Die Lage ist natürlich hervorragend, vor allem auch im Winter, weil sich durch den kurzen Weg zum Strand auch ein kurzer Spaziergang zwischendurch lohnt. Aldi und Edeka sind mit dem Auto schnell erreicht, hier gibt es auch einen tollen Fischladen. Die kleinen Läden am Strandzugang haben im Februar nicht geöffnet und man sollte reservieren, wenn man in den nahen Restaurants essen gehen will, aber das war für uns kein Problem. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr schönes, geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus. Es fehlt an nichts. Zum breiten Sandstrand sind es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuss. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Top Lage zum Strand, ruhige Lage, großer Kinderspielplatz in der unmittelbaren Nähe sowie ausreichend Gastronomie Für Familien mit Kindern auch auf Grund der tollen Ausstattung des Hauses super geeignet. Wir waren bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal in diesem tollen Ferienhaus!

super schöner Urlaub in Strandnähe
Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gut durchdacht, komplett ausgestattet und strahlt insgesamt eine behagliche Atmosphäre aus. Es besitzt eine gemütliche Terrasse und einen durch prachtvolle Pflanzen gestalteten kleinen Garten, von dem man direkt durch einen kleinen Dünenwald zum Strand gelangt. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus für Familien mit Kindern besonders empfehlen.

Wunderbarer Weihnachtsaufenthalt
Wir hatten ein Weihnachten in diesem wirklich gemütlichen Haus, wie man es sich nur wünschen kann. Die Vermieterin hat an alles gedacht, was einem Urlauber den Aufenthalt in einem Ferienhaus versüßen kann. Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend, es fehlt nichts. Von Gewürzen bis zu den Wattestäbchen, die nun wirklich nicht erforderlich wären, ist an alles gedacht. Und die selbstgebackenen Plätzchen als Willkommensgruß sowie die sehr zuvorkommende Betreuung vor und während des Aufenthaltes lassen keine Wünsche offen. Dazu kommt die hervorragende Lage des Hauses mit einer Umgebung, die Entspannung pur ist. Wir bedanken uns für den wunderbaren Aufenthalt und kommen gerne wieder.

Strandnaher Luxus
In der Kombination mit 4 Generationen hat sich das Haus super bewährt. Die Lage ist top, zum Strand ist es nur ein winziges Stück durch ein Wäldchen, so kann jeder zum Strand und zurück, wie es passt. Das Haus ist großzügig und es fehlt nichts. Super klasse, vor allem, wenn das Wetter dann auch noch mitspielt.

Herausrqgendes Feriendomizil in Strandnähe
Zu allererst- wir kommen wieder! In diesem, mit viel Liebe zum Detail und hochwertig ausgestatteten Ferienhaus haben wir als Großfamilie (2 Erw./4 Kinder zwischen 0-8 Jahre) unseren Sommerurlaub verbracht. In diesen zwei Wochen fehlte es uns an nichts. Das Haus ist voll ausgestattet und sehr gut für Familien geeignet. Von der Babywanne, bis zum Kinderbett, Reisebett und Hochstühlen ist alles in einwandfreiem Zustand für die Kleinen vorhanden. Die Lage ist perfekt und der Strand zum Greifen nah. Ankommen, wohlfühlen und Urlaub genießen ist in diesem Haus mehr als leicht!

Wohlfühlgarantie!
Unsere 5-köpfige Familie hat sich gleich zu Hause gefühlt in dem gemütlichen und sehr schön eingerichteten Haus von Frau Förster. Sie war zeitgleich vor Ort, hat uns sehr freundlich begrüßt, alles gezeigt und uns Tipps für die nähere Umgebung gegeben. Die Küchenausstattung ist perfekt, so dass Kochen oder Backen Freude bereitet. Das gesamte Haus ist sehr sauber und gepflegt! Wir haben uns rundherum wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Wunschlos glücklich
Wir haben eine Woche mit zwei Familien (vier Erwachsene, zwei Kleinkinder) im Ferienhaus verbracht und waren mit allen Aspekten unseres Aufenthaltes mehr als glücklich. Besonders gefreut haben wir uns über die Traum-Lage und den wirklich kurzen Fußweg zum Strand, die liebevolle und durchdachte Einrichtung, den gepflegten Garten, die makellose Sauberkeit, die durchweg hohe Qualität aller Ausstattungsgegenstände und die Großzügigkeit der Zimmer. Man kann sich auch mit zwei Familien ohne Probleme mal zurückziehen. Unsere Gastgeberin hat sich zudem wunderbar und herzlich gekümmert. An Baby- und Kleinkind-Ausstattung ist so viel da, dass man es schon bei der Anreise leicht hat (Babybett, Hochstuhl, Hocker, selbst eine Kinder-Klobrille). Einzige Anregung: ein Törchen vor der Treppe für Gäste mit Kleinkindern. Aber so etwas kann man auch improvisieren. Kurzum: Wir möchten wiederkommen!

Einfach traumhaft, wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen
Das Haus ist sehr hochwertig ausgestattet und dazu noch liebevoll eingerichtet. Unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin vorab und auch vor Ort, alle Wünsche wurden erfüllt. Schöne Terrasse und Garten. Das beste ist, dass die Ostsee direkt vor der Tür ist. Spielplatz, Restaurants, Eis, Fischbrötchen alles fußläufig sogar mit unserer dreijährigen erreichbar. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und kommen definitiv wieder!

Sehr schönes und gemütliches Ferienhaus
Wir hatten hier einen sehr, sehr schönen Urlaub. Das Ferienhaus ist super gemütlich und von der Lage wunderbar. Die Räume sowie die Einrichtung sind wunderbar hell. Die Ruhe hier ist fantastisch. Der Kontakt zu Frau Förster war sehr herzlich, schön das wir uns sogar noch persönlich kennengelernt haben. Wir kommen gerne nochmal wieder.

Perfektes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Strandlage
Vom Kontakt mit der Vermieterin vor dem Aufenthalt bis zu zahlreichen kleinen Details wie der Kinderausstattung und dem liebevoll eingerichtetem Haus haben wir einen perfekten Frühjahrsurlaub an der Ostsee genossen. Die Küche bot alles, was wir zum Kochen und gemütlichem Beisammensein brauchen und manches Extra (Nespresso-Maschine). Wir haben uns hier als Reisegesellschaft verschiedenster Altersklassen alle rundum wohlgefühlt. Vielen Dank!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit schöner ruhiger Lage
In dem Ferienhaus hat man sich sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist auch sehr gut, man braucht ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Meer; eine kleine "Promenade" passiert man auf dem Weg zum Strand auch.

Das Haus und die Gartenanlage machen einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck. Liegt direkt am Zentrum von Dierhagen-Strand, alle gastronomische Einrichtung sind per Fuß zu erreichen.
