The new and exclusive apartment was completed in the summer of 2014 in the district of Dierhagen-Strand. First floor of Strandvilla am Wiesenweg 4, apartment 4 with a unique quiet location directly on the east beach of Dierhagen.
This promises a 7 km long, fine sand beach and up to 40 m wide sand beach, which invites to bathing, walking and sports activities in one of the most sunbathing places in Germany.
Only 150 meters to the beach access !!!
The bright, approx. 50 mĀ² non-smoking apartment offers space for up to 4 persons and is modern and comfortably furnished.
There is a sun-drenched living room with a cozy seating area (can be used as a sofa bed) with LED TV, a modern fireplace (for romantic flair in the cold season), a welcoming dining area with an integrated and high-quality fitted kitchen , Dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine, water cooker, toaster, espresso maker, milk frother).
The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed (180 x 200), plus 3-door wardrobe and LED TV.
The bathroom has a spacious floor-level shower, a wash basin, WC, hairdryer and heated towel rail.
In the outdoor area is a furnished balcony with dyke view, which you in the evening hours to the marvel of wonderful sunsets receives.
Underfloor heating also promises cozy warmth in winter.
There is a free car parking space (H4W4) in front of the beach villa, as well as a separate, personal storage area (H4W4) for bicycles, air mattresses, sports articles etc.
There is also a cart and a high chair for free.

If you want to rent a beach basket or bicycles, the rental station is in the nearby Ostseehotel Dierhagen (50m).

Die Wohnung hat eine wunderbare Lage in unmittelbarer StrandnƤhe, ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, alle notwendigen Sachen (KĆ¼che, Bad usw.) sind vorhanden. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir sind schon das 2. Mal in dieser Wohnung und wĆ¼rden immer wieder gerne hier herkommen.

Super Lage eigentlich eine schƶne Wohnung aber!
Die Wohnung kƶnnen wir sehr empfehlen. Wir hoffen das nach unseren Aufenthalt die Reinigung richtig kontrolliert wird, denn bei unserer Ankunft war es eine Katastrophe. Nach dem wir uns beschwert haben kam am nƤchsten Tag der Hausmeister und hat die Wohnung selbst super gereinigt ( er hat auch mit dem Kopf geschĆ¼ttelt Ć¼ber den Zustand). Ein dickes Lob fĆ¼r so einen guten Mitarbeiter!!!!. Danach konnten wir unseren Urlaub richtig genieƟen. PS: Auch der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr konstruktiv!!

Die Wohnung ist sehr gemĆ¼tlich eingerichtet und hat alles was man braucht! Der Aufenthalt war dadurch sehr entspannt und die Lage ist durch die NƤhe zum Strand unschlagbar! Der Strand ist quasi nebenan und Einkaufsmƶglichkeiten und Restaurants sind auch fuƟlƤufig erreichbar. Alles in allem war es ein toller Aufenthalt fĆ¼r uns als frischgebackene Familie! 5 Sterne, gerne wieder :)

optimale Kombination, nicht mal 200 meter zum Meer, schƶn ruhige lage und trotzdem alles in Laufweite (Einkaufen, Restaurants etc.) - einchecken war sehr einfach ... die Ferienwohnung wurde sauber geputzt vorgefunden (inkl. Nachweis vom Service mit Unterschrift was alles gereinigt wurde) und die Ausstattung war optimal ... gerne wieder :-)

Ich war mit meiner HĆ¼ndin in diesem schƶnen Domizil. Die Buchung, An- und Abreise verliefen unkompliziert. Herr Pieske, der Gastgeber, reagierte zeitnah und herzlich auf Nachfragen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist unschlagbar. In einer Minute ist man an einem wunderschƶnen Sandstrand. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Schƶne Wohnung mit Top Lage
Wir hatten einen super Urlaub an der Ostsee. Die Wohnung ist wirklich zu empfehlen, da diese sehr gepflegt ist und in Top Lage zum Strand ist. Auch der Balkon, Stellplatz und der zusƤtzliche Schuppen fĆ¼r FahrrƤder sind hier hervorzuheben. Ebenso hatten wir einen sehr angenehmen Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Falls es uns wieder in diese Gegend verschlagen sollte, kommen wir auf jeden Fall wieder.

FĆ¼r einen Kurzurlaub in dem fĆ¼r mich bekannten Ostsee-Kurort war diese Wohnung super. Rundum modern eingerichtet und absolut sauber. Mit Blick auf den DĆ¼nen-Wald. Ein Schuppen, der fĆ¼r 4 FahrrƤder Platz hat. Gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und der SchlĆ¼sselĆ¼bergabe.

Erholung pur!
Als Familie mit Kleinkind haben wir die Tage in Dierhagen sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist sehr komfortabel eingerichtet, es bleiben keine WĆ¼nsche offen! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĆ¼hlt und freuen uns schon auf einen nƤchsten Aufenthalt. Trotz GrĆ¶ĆŸe der Anlage war es stets ruhig und gemĆ¼tlich. Die NƤhe zum Strand ist unschlagbar! Wieder einmal Ostsee und wieder Dierhagen. Das Appartement und die Lage Ć¼berzeugen uns immer wieder und lassen uns einen entspannten Urlaub verleben. Kurze Wege zum Strand und der unfassbare Ausblick mit Meeresrauschen sorgen fĆ¼r unbegrenztes Wohlbefinden. KĆ¼che und Bad sind Ć¼ber die MaƟen gut ausgestattet und wer noch etwas benƶtigt, ist schnell bei EDEKA oder am Dierhagener Hafen. Wunderschƶn und immer wieder empfehlenswert!

Geniale Ferienwohnung
Die Ferienwohnung ist top ausgestattet und sehr sauber, die Lage ist super. Sogar ein eigener, abschlieƟbarer Schuppen zum Abstellen der FahrrƤder, des FahrradanhƤngers usw. ist vorhanden. Wir konnten unsere Ferien vom ersten Tag an genieƟen. Auch dem Hund hat's gefallen. Wirklich sehr zu empfehlen.

Das Appartment...
... ist fĆ¼r unseren einwƶchigen Urlaub mit 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern super gewesen. Geiles Wetter gehabt - dafĆ¼r kann man aber niemanden verantwortlich machen :-) Genial gelegen - kurzer Weg zum Strand, schnell die innerƶrtlichen Einkaufsmƶglichkeiten erreichbar - und super ausgestattet und sehr geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet, ist das Appartment wirlklich empfehlenswert. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und der Agentur ist sehr easy und immer nett. Alles in allem kann man da nichts falsch machen! Vielen Dank fĆ¼r diesen tollen Urlaub.
