Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser warmen, besonders gemütlichen und sehr schönen Ferienwohnung und haben die Zeit an der teilweise vereisten Ostsee sehr genossen. Es ist eine herrlich ruhige Wohnung, wo die Vögel auch im Winter früh zwitschern und man den Schnee am Abend rieseln hört. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war super und freundlich und alles, was wir brauchten, stand zur Verfügung einschließlich wunderschöner vom Gastgeber selbst getöpferter Tassen. Lieben Dank!

Unterkunft im Dornröschen Schlaf: Alles wirkt ein bisschen verwildert und lieblos geführt.Wir sind nicht kleinlich,aber der Gesamtzustand war schon grenzwertig.Offensichtlich wurde schon seit längerem keine Grundreinigung durchgeführt,neben vielen Spinnweben fand sich viel Staub und alte Socken von Vormietern.Im unteren Schlafzimmer hat es nach Schimmel gerochen.In der Küche standen abgelaufene Lebensmittel wie Öl,Nudeln etc.Wlan hat nicht funktioniert.Der Garten wird sich selbst überlassen.Das war vielleicht das Positive,dass man viele Tiere gesehen/gehört hat.Die Lage ist gut,mit dem Fahrrad ist man schnell im Zentrum und am Wasser.

Die fehlende Sauberkeit bei unserer Ankunft ist mir im Bad aufgefallen ... Es gibt einen sehr aktiven Schimmelpilzbefall direkt neben dem Bett im unteren Zimmer. Ich habe den Vermieter bei meiner Abreise darüber informiert und er hat mir zurück gemeldet, dass er sich darum direkt kümmern wird. Ansonsten ist es eine schöne Ferienwohnung in einer wundervollen Umgebung.

Unser Urlaub in Prerow war sehr schön und angenehm. Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist ideal: Es liegt in einer Nebenstraße ohne großen Verkehr. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man schnell im Ortszentrum und am Strand. Das Ferienhaus ist gut ausgestattet und bietet ausreichend Platz für 4–5 Personen.Leider hätte die Sauberkeit besser sein können – fast alles war staubig, sodass wir viel nachwischen mussten. Der Gastgeber ist jedoch sehr nett, hilfsbereit und die Kommunikation verlief problemlos.Draußen gab es viele Mücken, damit hatten wir allerdings gerechnet. Hier empfiehlt es sich, Mückenspray mitzunehmen. Ein Parkplatz befindet sich in der Nähe der Ferienwohnung, ist jedoch etwas eng.Insgesamt hatten wir eine sehr schöne Zeit und können das Ferienhaus trotz kleinerer Mängel weiterempfehlen.

Absolut zauberhaftes Anwesen in einem wunderschönen Naturbelassenen Garten. Die 300 jährige Eiche beschützt Terasse und Sitzplatz !!!Die Wohnung auf 2 Ebrnen mit 2 grossen Schlafzimmern hatte eine gute wohltuende Farbigkeit und künstlerische Elemente. In der Küche alles vorhanden was man braucht und ist mit Blick in den Garten sehr heimelich.! Die Lage ist sehr ruhig am Ortsrand gelegen,mit dem Fahrrad in drei min in der Ortsmitte mit allen Läden, Busanbindung. Unser Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und zugewandt,mit einer Neigung für alles Künstlerische.Er nahm unseren vorausgeshickten Koffer in Empfang und gab Tips für Unternehmungen in der Umgebung. Wer einen ruhigen und alternativen Urlaubsort sucht ist hier genau richtig!

gemütliche Wohnung in romantischer Natur

Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt! Netter Vermieter. In der Ausstattung alles da was wir brauchten. Tolles oberes Schlafzimmer. Perfekt für uns 2 Personen. Herrlich umgeben von viel Grün, hohem Bambus und der 300jährigen Eiche. Ausgangspunkt zu Wanderungen im Darßer Urwald und zum Weststand, sowie fußläufig zu Läden. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir haben uns mit Spinnen und Mücken im Haus, und nächtlichen Marderbesuchen( außerhalb) arrangiert. Der Hygienische Zustand war allerdings katastrophal. Den Sanitärbereich mußten wir erst mal selbst putzen. Die gesamte Hauselektrik schien provisorisch versorgt. Wir haben uns unter den Voraussetzungen nicht wohl gefühlt.

Unter der alten Eiche

Wir hatten zwei wunderbare Wochen in Prerow. Das Haus unter der Eiche hat uns mit seinem Charme verzaubert. Das Auto konnten wir stehen lssen, da alles mit dem Rad problemlos erreichbar war.

Die Lage inmitten der Natur ist ein Traum! Mückengitter vor Türen und Fenster sind leider nicht vorhanden und würden den Aufenthalt noch schöner machen, da es natürlich von Mücken wimmelt. Das Häuschen ist einfach eingerichtet. Für mehr als 2 Personen finde ich es zu klein, aber für mich war es super. Die Sauberkeit war oberflächlich ok, es könnte allerdings gern ein bisschen gründlicher sein. Der Gastgeber war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich :)

Wundervoll und individuell

Wir haben eine sehr kurze aber schöne Zeit im frühen Frühjahr hier verbracht. Ein wunderschönes einfaches, liebevolles und gemütliches zu Hause hat uns diese Zeit doppelt genießen lassen. Hebt sich wohltuend von Hotel- und Apartment-Ketten ab. Hier war nichts steril und clean - genau dafür überall 5 Sterne!

Sehr tolle Lage und schönes Häuschen :)

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön, die Lage ist top und drinnen gibt's alles was man so braucht. Nur mit der Sauberkeit war's eher mittelmäßig. Sonst war's sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und gemütlich :)
