The Darßer place is one of the most beautiful places on the Baltic Sea - our exclusive holiday home promises you wonderful holidays in Prerow on the Darß / Baltic Sea.

Located in a very quiet street designed by local architects for historic captains' houses but designed to modern standards brick house.

The stylish interior partly with antiques leaves nothing to be desired.

Large living-dining area in country house style with a beautiful kitchen - perfectly equipped for all hobby gourmets.

A large bright and comfortable living room which leads directly on the terrace into the green garden.

3 bathrooms with shower and underfloor heating

Tolles Ferienhaus mit allem was man als Familie braucht. Sehr gut ausgestattet und für 2 Familien optimal aufgeteilt. Nicht weit vom Zentrum und Strand. Waren mit Fahrrädern unterwegs. Waren sehr zufrieden, würden gerne wiederkommen.

Im Vorfeld hat der Vermieter alle notwendigen Informationen zum Aufenthalt inklusive Anmeldung der Kurtaxe und Einchecken geliefert. Das Haus entsprach zu 100% der Anzeige. Die Zimmer waren gut aufgeteilt und es war alles vorhanden was man für 8 Leute benötigt. Vor allem die Küche muss ich loben. Hochwertig und sehr gut bestückt bis hin zu Backutensilien, so dass man sogar Kuchen backen kann. Die Stube war auch sehr gemütlich. Auf das Sofa passten alle drauf und der Smart TV war an einer Bluetooth Box angeschlossen so das man die EM Spiele bei guten Sound genießen konnte. Für schlechtes Wetter waren auch ausreichend Spieler und Bücher vorhanden. Auch der Außenbereich ich schön gestaltet und als Thüringer muss ich den vorhandenen Thüros Grill loben 😁. Einziger Wermutstropfen ist das indische Restaurant gegenüber. Die laufende Musik im Außenbereich und abendlichen Gespräche können bei geöffneten Fenster auch nerven. Aber hierfür kann der Vermieter selbstverständlich nichts.

Top Lage… schnell im Zentrum (auch zu Fuß) Das Restaurant Prince gegenüber sehr zu empfehlen… Es war sauber und es hat an nichts gefehlt… Lediglich den Toaster haben wir nicht entdeckt… Dennoch würden wir jederzeit wieder dieses Objekt für unseren Urlaub buchen… Nochmals Danke…

Einwöchiger Urlaub mit Freunden auf dem Darß
Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön und ruhig gelegen. Trotzdem sind die Strände, der Hafen und das Zentrum schnell zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad erreichbar. Das Auto braucht man kaum. Das Haus ist sehr schön und geschmackvoll und durchdacht eingerichtet. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und die Betten wirklich bequem. Im großen Bad gibt es eine Waschmaschine und genügend Ablagemöglichkeiten. Den netten Kamin brauchten wir glücklicherweise nicht, weil das Wetter recht gut war. Wir haben nur kleine Anmerkungen: Die genannte Stereoanlage ist ein älteres Radio mit schlechtem Ton und könnte mal ersetzt werden. Ältere Menschen ohne Smartphone wären damit enttäuscht. Zum Glück gibt es zusätzlich einen Bluetooth-Lautsprecher, mit dem eigene Musik abgespielt werden kann. Das hat uns gefreut. Leider kann man über den Fernseher nicht streamen. Diese Funktion ist nicht freigeschaltet. Der WLAN- Empfang ist nur mäßig. Das sind aber nur Kleinigkeiten. Was uns wirklich gestört hat, war, dass es in einem Haus für 8 Personen nur einen einzigen Liegestuhl gibt. Noch ein Tipp für die Zukunft: Mückennetze- oder Rollos an einigen Fenstern wären ein Traum! Das Gesamtfazit unserer kleinen Reisegruppe: Sehr schönes empfehlenswertes Ferienhaus!

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet. Für 8 Personen ist es aber relativ klein, ein Schlafzimmer hat nur ein sehr schmales Bett.Wir waren 5 Erwachsene und 1 Baby, dafür war es ausreichend. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Nur zum Grill reinigen war nichts vorhanden. Als "Luxushaus" würden wir es nicht bezeichnen.nur weil eine kleine Sauna und ein Kaminofen vorhanden ist. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sollten bei diesem Preis inklusive sein.

Familienwochenende
Wir waren mit unseren erwachsenen Kindern samt Partnern und Enkelkind auf ein Wochenende in Prerow. Das Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen; die Aufteilung der Zimmer und Bäder war sehr schön; die Ausstattung ließ nichts vermissen. Insgesamt hat uns das Haus für unseren Anlass sehr gut gefallen. Die Vermieter waren für telefonische Rückfragen gut erreichbar. Eine absolute Empfehlung!
