Ausstattung ist in Ordnung, aber
Für den Jugendherbergscharakter in den oberen Etagen war die Unterkunft überteuert. Leider war die Wohnung bei Ankunft nicht gereinigt. Nach der Reklamation, erfolgte sofort sie Reinigung, aber in einer schlechten Qualität. Bei ordentlicher Reinigung und etwas Nachlass beim Preis wäre alles i. O.

Es hat uns gut gefallen, das Haus ist schön, sehr geschickt eingerichtet und die Lage im Ort gut. Die Terrasse war sehr gemütlich, allerdings nicht genug Stühle für alle. Insgesamt ein bisschen zu wenig Geschirr und Besteck, also schon genug für alle, aber wenn etwas in der Spülmaschine war, dann wurde es schnell knapp.

Das Ferienobjekt war soweit ok! Räume usw waren einfach ausgestattet… Die Sauberkeit und das Drumherum ( Garten, Terrasse) ließen sehr zu wünschen übrig!! Es wirkte „unbewohnt“, nicht gepflegt wie auch die Stelle der Mülltonnen….. Ansonsten haben wir uns dennoch wohl gefühlt…

Erholsamer Urlaub
Der Check-in verlief reibungslos. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war unkompliziert und freundlich. Das kleine Häuschen ist geräumig und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kinder konnten im Garten spielen, auf der Terrasse war es ruhig & doch liegt das Haus zentral. Wir konnten direkt mit dem Fahrrad an den Strand oder in die nahe gelegenen Dörfer fahren. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Gerne wieder!
Eher einfache Ausstattung, aber vollkommen ausreichend und sauber und aufgeräumt (Preis/Leistung stimmt). Eine schöne Terasse mit Sonnenplätzen und Erdbeeren und Johannisbeeren und pflücken. Das Wohnzimmer ist sehr gemütlich und bietet ausreichend Platz für alle Gäste. Lage sehr zentral in Prerow. Die Kommunikation sowohl mit der Eigentümerin als auch der Verwaltung war sehr freundlich und unproblematisch. Kommen gerne wieder. In Summe 5 Sterne ;)

Immer wieder...
Sehr schöne Wohnung für die Familie mit 3 Schlafräumen und komfortablen Betten, geräumigem Ess- Wohnbereich, kleinen gemütlichen Terrasse. Einkaufmöglichkeiten, Fahrradverlei, Sparkasse... alles in der Nähe. Wir waren rundum zufrieden.

Tolle Lage, Unterkunft solide
Wir haben eine schöne Osterwoche in Prerow verbracht. Wir reisen als 7- köpfige Familie. Der Austernfischer ist ein Mittelhaus in einem Reihenhaus, das war der Beschreibung nicht zu entnehmen. Das Haus ist sehr durchdacht geschnitten, unseren Kindern gefiel es vor allem ln Ihrem Schlafzimmer mit riesigen Bett :) Die Sauberkeit war okay, bei genauerem Hinsehen geht's besser. Tipp für die Vermieter: die Küchenausstattung ist für 7 Leute etwas knapp: Besteck und Töpfe. Und Verdunkelung in den Schlafräumen 1.OG optimiertbar (gerade für Kleinkinder hilfreich im Sommer). Ansonsten tolle Lage, Ostsee wie immer grandios. Wir können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall anderen Familien weiter empfehlen!!
