This exclusive holiday home is located in a quiet, idyllic, yet central location of the Baltic Sea resort of Prerow. The pier and the fine sandy Baltic Sea beach can be reached in about 15 minutes. The house captivates with its exposed location with south orientation, its maritime architecture paired with a spacious and high-quality interior. The ground floor is completely barrier-free and wheelchair-friendly. On the spacious property (650 sqm) - completely fenced and bordered by hedges - you can enjoy all holiday joys extensively with a larger family or with your friends. In the house you have a cozy fireplace incl. Wood, a high-quality, spacious sauna and 3 bathrooms, a guest toilet and 5 bedrooms with partly private bathrooms are available. Overall, the house with its 190 square meters offers enough space for 2 to 10 people.

Wir waren mit der ganzen Familie (Oma, Opa,Töchter und Schwiegersöhne, Enkel) in den Osterferien vor Ort. Ein schönes großes Ferienhaus mit allem was das Herz begehrt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Konnten aufgrund der Wetterlage leider nur einmal die schöne Terrasse nutzen. Kleines Manko-in einem der Kinderzimmer unter dem Dach funktionierte das Fliegengitter nicht und das Sofa im Wohnzimmer war für 10 Personen viel zu klein, aber hier würde ein größeres auch ein Platzproblem darstellen. Perfekt waren die bereits bezogenen Betten und die Sauna, die wir fast täglich genutzt haben. Es war also eine rundum erholsame Zeit! Vielen herzlichen Dank an die Gastgeber!

Das Ferienhaus erfüllt vollumfänglich hohe Standards, wir waren rundum zufrieden und bedanken und bei den Vermietern und der Hausdame ganz herzlich für einen überaus angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Ausstattung des Hauses lässt keine Wünsche offen, alles ist mit Bedacht gewählt.

Schönes Modernes Objekt mit Sauna
Das Haus ist für 3 Paare sowie 4 Kindern bestens geeignet. Was wir als gut empfanden war das der Tisch auch für die Personenzahl dimensioniert war so das wir die Mahlzeiten unbeengt einnehmen konnten. Die Ausstattung der Küche war für die Personenzahl kalkuliert (Töpfe Pfannen sowie Geschirr in ausreichender Anzahl sowie Größe Rundum ein schönes Haus was man gerne wieder besucht.

Top Feriendomizil
Super ausgestattetes Feriendomizil. Wir waren schon oft in Häuser dieser Größe und haben uns immer wieder gewundert, dass die Ausstattung der Küchen nicht auf 12-14 Personen, sondern auf 4-6 Personen ausgerichtet war. Aus diesem Grund hatten wir extra Töpfe etc. mitgebracht, was in diesem Objekt jedoch nicht nötig war. Alles war vorhanden, von Geschirr bis zur Küchenwaage. In jedem Bad gab es Seife im Spender und Toilettenpapier auf Vorrat, sodass die ersten Tage gesichert waren. Es ist nicht selbstverständlich, dass man in ein so gut ausgestattetes Wohnobjekt kommt und sofort seinen Urlaub genießen kann. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberfamilie, als auch mit der „Hausdame“ (ich bezeichne sie lieber als Objektmanagerin) waren sehr freundlich und ungezwungen. Eine ständige Erreichbarkeit wäre sicherlich gewährleistet gewesen, wir haben sie aber nicht gebraucht, da alles perfekt war. Danke für diese schöne und vollkommen ausgestattet Unterkunft.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus
Das Haus war so wie beschrieben. Sehr sauber und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Waschmaschine, Trockner usw. war alles vorhanden. Die Hausdame war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, der Kontakt mit den Vermietern tadellos. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schönes Haus im Herzen Prerows
Und hat es allen , wir waren sieben Erwachsene und ein Kind, sehr gut gefallen. Es fehlte uns nach nichts. Das Haus ist sehr modern eingerichtet. Für die schönen Tage kann man noch den wunderschönen Garten nutzen. Wir waren Anfang März dort, leider hatte zu dieser Zeit viel Geschäfte geschlossen und es war im Allgemeinen sehr ruhig dort. Es lag noch alles im „Winterschlaf“ Zu der Agentur hatten wir keinen Kontakt, daher auch keine Bewertung. Der Kontakt erfolgte ausschließlich mit Familie Kreter. Die Kommunikation erfolgte sehr freundlich, schnell und völlig unkompliziert. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Guter Aufenthalt
Wir, als Gruppe von 9 18 - 20 Jährigen haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Selbst für 9 Personen war die Größe dieser Unterkunft perfekt, zudem wird sich sehr gut um die Unterkunft gekümmert. Die Umgebung war ebenfalls sehr schön und die Unterkunft ist nah am Strand und an Restaurants oder Supermärkten gelegen. Empfehlenswerte Unterkunft für einen Urlaub an der Ostsee
