Take a break and have a wonderful vacation in the modern apartment Kroonkieker between the Baltic Sea and the lagoon. The newly built holiday complex Zwei Wasser is located in the Maritime School in the Baltic Sea resort of Wustrow. The building of the Maritime School was built between 1847 and 1849 and was used as a home for navigation lessons. Until 1992 it was a school building for seafaring in several variations and has been renovated in recent years and reopened in 2020. The modern 3-room apartment on the ground floor convinces with a terrace, a living area, a kitchen with dining area, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Start your day with a cup of coffee on the 5m² east terrace and enjoy the side view of the bay and the view into the distance. The terrace has a table with two chairs and two sun loungers so you can relax in the sun all day. This is accessible from the living room and the bedroom. The light-flooded holiday apartment with 73m² offers space for 4 people. Here you can spend an unforgettable vacation at any time of the year. The living area is furnished with a large sofa, two modern armchairs and invites you to have a good time together. The friendly high ceilings, the harmoniously coordinated furniture in the style of a beach house, the wall pictures and home accessories let you calm down quickly and make your vacation a special experience. The design floor covering installed throughout the living and sleeping area of the apartment has a simple and subtle effect. The underfloor heating provides cozy warmth throughout the apartment. A hi-fi system and a flat-screen TV (50 inches) provide entertainment in the living room. Of course there is free WiFi and a safe for your valuables in the apartment. The two bright bedrooms are modernly equipped. The comfortable box spring beds with a mattress size of 180 cm x 200 cm invite you to dream. The interior master bedroom has a wardrobe and 2 bedside tables with bedside lamps and is separated from the living room by a swing door. The large bedroom has a wardrobe, two bedside tables with bedside lamps, a small table with a shell chair to relax and you can access the beautiful terrace from there. 32 inch flat screen TVs are available in both bedrooms. The open NOLTE - fitted kitchen has built-in electrical appliances such as an induction cooker, an oven, a dishwasher, a fridge with freezer and a microwave. The kitchen is fully equipped with numerous cooking accessories for a culinary evening. The large dining table with comfortable chair chairs provides additional comfort. Both bathrooms impress with a walk-in shower, a toilet and a vanity with a base cabinet. The modern, light wall tiles in wood look shine for the special ambience of the beach house style. A cosmetic mirror and a hair dryer are small details that are included in the bathroom. A washing machine with dryer is available in the storage room. After a long day, the in-house wellness and fitness area, which is also located in the main building, invites you to relax. In the fitness room with modern sports equipment, you have the opportunity to keep fit even on vacation. Afterwards you can relax in one of the two saunas with an experience shower and in the relaxation room. The rental office and bread service are located in the main building. A carport parking space can be booked for your apartment. The beach of the beautiful Baltic Sea is only 600 m away. There you can relax and enjoy long walks. A bicycle storage room is available for our cyclists directly at the house. There are several shops within a few meters.
