The apartment, which is kept in the style of a beach house, offers maximum comfort with selected accessories and harmonious compositions. The spacious 75 m² apartment offers space for 2 people. Here you can spend an unforgettable vacation at any time of the year. The living area with its cozy, large sofa and armchairs invites you to spend relaxing hours together - enjoy the unique view from here too. A hi-fi system and a flat-screen TV (50 inches) provide entertainment in the living room. Of course you have free WiFi and a safe for your valuables in the apartment. Seat shell chairs, which are gray in the timeless, ensure comfortable seating in the open dining and living area. A large dining table offers space for the whole family. The design floor covering laid throughout the living and sleeping area of the apartment has a simple and subtle effect. The open NOLTE - built-in kitchen borders on the living and dining area and has built-in electrical appliances such as an induction cooker, an oven, a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer and a microwave. The kitchen is perfectly equipped with numerous cooking accessories. The bathroom impresses with a walk-in shower, a toilet and a vanity with vanity unit and is also accessible for the first swing in the morning, right from the bedroom. The modern, light wall tiles and dark floor tiles provide the special flair in the daylight bathroom. A cosmetic mirror and a hair dryer are small details that are included in the bathroom. There you can relax and enjoy long walks. A bicycle storage room is available for our cyclists directly at the house. There are several shops within a few meters.
