Die Ferienwohnung ist klein, aber ausreichend für 4 Personen. Die Sauberkeit der Betten, Matratzen und Matratzenschoner lässt zu Wünschen übrig. Die Fliesen in der Dusche haben Schimmelstellen. Fußboden war auch nur bedingt sauber.

Eine eher einfache Ferienwohnung, die aber mit allem ausgestattet ist, was wichtig ist. Das Auto kann direkt vor dem Haus auf dem Grundstück abgestellt werden. Alles ist fussläufig innerhalb von max. 15 Minuten erreichbar.

Fewo mit Abstrichen
Die zentrale Lage zu Ortskern/Strand/Bodden/Supermarkt ist gut. Der Vermieter war bei Problemen auch telefonisch gut erreichbar. Auf die versprochene Lösung haben wir allerdings vergeblich gewartet. Bei der Ferienwohnung selbst muß man einige Abstriche machen: z.B. steht das Doppelbett in der Ecke seitlich an der Wand, so daß man entweder von der Fußseite oder über die andere Person ins Bett steigen muß. Das Waschbecken im schmalen Innenbad ist mini-klein. Die im Vermietpreis enthaltenen Parkplätze sind viel zu klein, da passt nur ein Auto in der Größe eines Smarts hin. Alternativen gibt es keine legalen, ganz Wustrow ist Parkverbotszone. Derart kleine Flächen als Parkplätze mit zu vermieten, finden wir nicht in Ordnung.

Alles wie erwartet
Der Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung war wie erwartet. Es gab keinerlei Überraschungen. Der Schnitt der Wohnung war für unsere Bedürfnisse gut. Ein separates Schlafzimmer mit Fenster (mit Fliegennetz). Wohn-/Essbereich verhältnismäßig großzügig, sodass man sich eigentlich nicht eingeengt fühlt. Bad ist schmal, ja, aber alles in allem ok Wie gesagt, für die paar Tage und uns als 4 köpfige Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern war es vollkommen ausreichend.

Die Schlafzimmertür sowie die Badezimmertür waren verzogen, und lies sich nur sehr schwer schließen. Die Dusche war arg verschimmelt, und das Waschbecken nicht sauber. Ansonsten wars ganz ok

Insgesamt ist die Ferienwohnung gut geeignet für einen kurzen Ferienaufenthalt mit einer kleinen Familie. Großer Pluspunkt ist die Nähe zum Strand, zum Hafen und zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Nach der ersten Nacht Objekt wieder verlassen. Zentrale Lage aaber unmittelbare Umgebung nicht schön. Schmutzige Kissen. Schweißränder, Blutflecken. Sehr eng in der Unterkunft. Doppelbett nur von einer Seite aus benutzbar. Schmutz unter den Bett. Obwohl Internet angegeben, faktisch nicht vorhanden.

Ein Doppelbett in die Ecke gepfercht mit erhöhtem Fußteil war blöd zum Ein- u. Aussteigen. Das Mitbringen und Beziehen der Betten war lästig. Die Lakensituation war nicht eindeutig. (Ein Spannlaken über zwei Betten ist möglich oder müssen es zwei sein für jeweils 1 Bett?)// Das Badezimmer ist zu klein für mehrere Personen. Das Waschbecken im Bad, gefühlt 2 Essteller nebeneinander groß, was schon für zwei Menschen eine Zumutung. // Umgebung: Baustellen rechts und gegenüber. Blick in einen umgrünen Hof// Für uns und für nur 2 Nächte aber sehr OK.

1 Woche Wustrow mit 2 Personen
Wohnung wie auf den Fotos beschrieben, sehr sauber, ruhig und gut gelegen zwischen Bodden und Meer. Ein-/ Auschecken unkompliziert, Parkplatz und Radverleih in direkter Nähe. Für 2 Personen genau richtig bemessen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Schöner Aufenthalt in Wustrow
Wir haben als Familie eine schöne Zeit in der Unterkunft in Wustrow verbracht. Es gab nicht nur ein Baby-Reisebett, sondern sogar zwei Kleinkinderstühle, die uns vieles erleichtert haben. Die Wohnung ist klein, aber fein, praktisch eingerichtet, mit allem was man braucht. Wenn man täglich kochen wollen würde, so ist die Küchenzeile mit zwei Kochplatten nicht ganz geeignet, sonst aber ausreichend. Es gibt aber viele gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Im Schlafzimmer gab es glücklicherweise ein Mückenschutzgitter, im Wohnzimmer leider nicht (das wäre besser, um abends die Fenster offen lassen zu können). Für Familien mit Kleinkindern, die noch Mittagschlaf machen, ist es vielleicht wichtig zu wissen, dass sich das Schlafzimmer tagsüber nicht verdunkeln lässt (es gibt keine Fensterläden und keine Fensterrollos; allerdings habe ich das bei vielen anderen Häusern in der Umgebung dort auch nicht gesehen...). Alles in allem eine gemütliche und praktische Unterkunft. Auch die Kommunikation, Anreise und Abreise verliefen bestens. Vielen Dank!
