Until 1992, it was a school building for seafaring in several variations, lovingly renovated in recent years and reopened in 2020. The modern 4-room apartment on the 2nd OG convinces with a spacious balcony with a wide view of the beautiful town of Wustrow and the Baltic Sea. The equipment line beach house can be found in the living / dining area, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The apartment is accessible via an elevator. You start your day with breakfast on the 15m² balcony and end it in a pleasant evening climate with a rich dinner and a good glass of wine.
