Wonderful villa with trullo-annex and wide swimming pool, in the heart of Valle d’Itria.
Surrounded by olive trees and immersed in the tranquillity of Valle d’Itria, our villa with annex is a wellness oasis, a few steps away from Ostuni. The accommodation can host up to 8 guests while still guaranteeing privacy, since it consists of two independent dwellings: a villa and a typical trullo, therefore it is an ideal solution for families or groups of friends. The two buildings lay on a huge green area, which hosts a beautiful private swimming pool, great for fully enjoying the Apulian sun in full relaxation. The trullo is made of a living area with a dining area and a practical kitchen with everything guests may need, and of a bedroom with a queen-sized bed and two single beds. It also comes with two bathrooms provided with showers. The villa is structured in a similar way: it has a living area that is the fulcrum of the building and is provided with a double sofa bed and a dining area. From here, there is access to a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a full bathroom with shower. At guests' disposal in this area there is also air conditioning. Furthermore, in the backyard of the villa our guests will find a barbecue area with a dining table where to enjoy BBQs under the beautiful Italian sky full of stars. A wonderful garden of about 300 square meters surrounds the entire accommodation.
*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations. You will find your reservation details within the Guest Area of Wonderful Italy.
We also offer to our guests truly authentic experiences to live like a local. If interested, contact us and we will be more than happy to help you out designing an unforgettable holiday to discover Italian beauties.
Ostuni, known to the world as the White City, is the pearl of the Itria Valley. Its blindingly white, immense historic center culminates in the Cathedral (600 meters from the apartment) that soars over the plain of olive trees, the coastal dune park and a crystal-clear sea. Characteristic are its narrow streets, the Piazza della Libertà (5 minutes away) and the column of St. Oronzo that majestically protects the town.
Its countryside stretches into the heart of the Itria Valley. A few kilometers away is Ceglie Messapica, a center of tradition and enogastronomy; Cisternino, a village recognized as one of the most beautiful in Italy; and Alberobello, whose famous trulli have been a world heritage site since 1996. About 30 km to the north we find the Archaeological Park of Egnatia, Monopoli and Polignano a Mare, ancient fishing villages with a charming historic center and beautiful beaches. To the north (80 km) we find Bari, the gateway to the East, while proceeding south we first encounter the Torre Guaceto nature reserve, then Brindisi to reach Lecce, the capital of Baroque. Moving westward there is Taranto, heart of Magna Graecia, and finally to Matera, characteristic for its sassi and European Capital of Culture 2019.
Finally, the airports of Brindisi and Bari are just one-hour drive away.
