Great stay
Check in was good and fast, room was clean had no problems at all. The breakfast was ok standard eggs sausage and machine pancakes. Can’t complain about anything really, we enjoyed our stay.

Unfortunately still happening in 2024
We had a bad experience at this hotel. We requested late check out(2pm) when we checked in and it was granted and updated in the system. Headed to work and left a senior family who was accompanying me to receive a call later asking the senior member to leave the room. The staff member was told that a late check out was requested and granted. He left and 5 minutes later the staff member came opened and entered the room without any respect to privacy of the person inside and the senior member who has mobility difficulties was still there and ask them to leave again and informing the family member that this room is already rented! I was called while working by my family member who had to go down to the front desk while I drove back for 30 minutes to try to solve this. I spoke to the front desk later to find out it was already put in their system we had requested late check out but they didn't see it. An excuse that is not at all acceptable. I asked for the conference to continue my interrupted work and was told one time it's occupied, another time I was told I had to pay for it. It was clear to us at that point it is a discriminatory attitude.
