Easily accessible. Walking distance to Parliament Hill if you like. Close to shopping mall. My dislike was we only got complimentary water for one night (2 bottles). I think water should be available for every night we stayed

I trusted Expedia comments on this hotel ”Parkin included” which was not correct. Fiuthermore, we needed to park outside from two options. Eventually both of them proved to be dangerous going through the scary area. Having old family in the tour, I should not have choose this one.

Our stay was ok, room was clean. But cause I had a 6 foot box on my crew cab truck wouldn’t fit around the corner in the under ground parking. I had to park a block and a half away very inconvenient! Even if my vehicle would have been able to park in the underground parking wouldn’t been able to the first night cause we got in late and isn’t enough room for everyone to park underground first come first serve??? Hotel that doesn’t have enough parking for rooms they have isn’t good. Especially where it’s located there should have been security walking back from the parking lot.

Room and hotel very clean Have a pool and a gym, good breakfast with a lot of variety The only detail I would have liked to know is that you have to pay for parking, it costs 18$ . Great location, good parking, good breakfast, very good overall. Bit noisy between rooms - maybe the walls are too thin. Staff were all great. I shall make this my "home" for future visits to Ottawa - of which there will be many.

Male clerk at check in was rude. Ladies at check out and breakfast staff were nice. Clean, new property. Central location but area felt a bit unsafe. I would avoid walking back after dark. Enjoyed our stay overall.

The stay was okay, but access to the hotel is difficult being that it’s in the middle of two one way streets. Rather confusing. Breakfast items are okay, but there are so many people that it seemed like we were being herded like cattle. Forget the free breakfast and make the room cheaper instead. Hotel is on a very busy street. Area directly across and surrounding is full of panhandlers, addicts and homeless. Paid hotel parking is limited. Upon checkin we were told that the parking was sold out and we had no choice but to park our vehicle 4 blocks away. Breakfast was good but not enough seating available for the guests.

No parking left at arrival. Had to walk 5 minutes. Room not cleaned for 2 days even if front desk was advised. Breakfast included are the best point. Parking of the hotel is hot like hell and very dirty. Neighborhood of this hotel is not family friendly.

The hotel itself was very nice and clean. The breakfast was good. The underground parking was really tight and difficult to maneuver in side . There was extra charge for the parking that, we didn’t know when we booked. The neighborhood was not the best as there was a homeless shelter right across the street.
