I arrived late in the evening and was greeted by name by the gentleman on duty. He was uber professional but warm and friendly at the same time. Throughout my 4 night stay I dealt with Ahmed and Josh. Both gentlemen were helpful with directions, suggestions, and guidance for my family and I to have an enjoyable and memorable visit in Ottawa. We will be returning for another stay very soon. Excellent property and excellent staff. I highly recommend this property. Everything about the property is "top shelf."

The whole stay was great. Service fast and a great room. Not a complaint , but a pool would be awesome. Highly recommend for family as dining out for all meals could add up quick. Farmboy down the street was helpful in that regard

Loved the Junior suite very much!
Stayed in the Junior suite for two nights and the room was absolutely fantastic. I loved having the TV in front of the bed which is why I specifically chose this room and was also able to connect my nintendo switch to the TV. I loved that it was a smart tv which was perfect to stream movies/shows/videos from basically any platform. I'll just say tho I don't think your accounts get signed out after your stay so make sure to sign out from the various streaming platforms before leaving. There was an account still logged in on both Prime video and on Paramount+ when I opened the apps. I did make sure to sign them out and used my own accounts and signed out of everything before leaving. The only real negative I think this might only apply to the junior suite tho since the bed is not in a seperate room but there's a giant window next to the bed and seating area with WHITE blinds. I woke up at 6am blinded by how bright it was in the room even with the blinds down. This was really the ONLY real negative I found about the room. The paid parking was great, fridge and other appliances came in handy aswell.

I love ReStays in Ottawa. It's the perfect location, the apartments are very clean! I'm a bit OCD in that area and I only found one thing. That one thing was not anyone's fault. It's a very impressive! The staff is very friendly and helpful. I often don't want to leave once I'm there. The only hard part is figuring out how to get in, it's a bit of a maze. They do send you good instructions and there are signs. Will stay here every trip in Ottawa.
