Super convenient location; felt safe and secure; clean, modern, spacious studio- everything we needed was supplied and in very good condition. Our place had a kitchen that was well equipped, with boutique grocery next door. Luggage storage for the day of check out was a bonus. We’d stay here again in future. Price was excellent for what was the perfect location and place for the two of us.

Good piec à terre in a central location
Pros: close to Parliament Hill and good food options. Gym is spacious though not well equipped. Free laundry in basement and kitchens have all you need for simple meals. Con: the cleanliness could be improved and the place is a little scruffy/damaged, the aircon has difficulty regulating the temperature consistently (on and off all night), and, some rooms stare directly into another building so you need to keep the blinds down all the time.

Was a very peaceful, clean and welcoming place to stay! 10 min walk from Rideau mall which was super convenient. Felt comfortable talking to staff and asking for help with certain things. Everything inside room was spotless and well organized. Had no problem with TV or wifi! Overall amazing experience.

It was great, staff is very nice, only two things to comment on , the shower was low flow - I wish the shower was better , and if you are tall you have to bend a little, and the TV wasn’t connected/didn’t work sadly Thank you , will be back !

Very nice quality room for the price, was very impressed, the studio apartment are a bit small but i prefer that considering we were just me and my girlfriend and we had a full kitchen at our disposal Bathroom was exemplary in terms of cleanliness, nice comfortable clean bed. Smart TV and had an HDMI cable already in the room in case you bring your laptop and wanna plug it My only complaint is that if you decide to step out at midnight or later and forget your pass code and your phone is dead and you dont have a charger at hand, you now no longer have a way to get back into your room cause they dont give you a physical key I had to use my girlfriends phone and download the app Other than that, great place
